Courtyard by Marriott Bangor

Great experience and the front desk was very helpful! They even helped me out when I came down a little before the Starbucks officially opened.

Note: the hotels breakfast costs a little (not free continental) but that wasn’t an issue for my work trip.

Tracy working the front desk is very nice and helpful. My son was sick (vomitted) and she brought new sheets and offered to get him something to help with his stomach. Exceptional service offered by Tracy.

Love the Starbucks inside the hotel, great service and couldn’t have been better.

The staff was great and very accommodating! We loved that the lady at the front desk gave us some great recommendations for places to see and things to do in the area as it was our first time visiting. Would definitely stay here again when back in Bangor.

These rooms were absolutely amazing! We stayed here for work and really appreciated the comfort of the beds/rooms. Everyone got a great night sleep. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, Jessica/Kaitlyn/Jesse all interacted with us throughout our stay. Kaitlyn/Jesse provided some great drinks at the bar and Jessica was working the front desk. All employees were extremely professional and eager to ensure we had a great stay.

Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this location.

Rooms are always clean and ready. Awesome service with a kitchen downstairs. There is no breakfast included to remember when booking. Although there is a Starbucks inside.

We stayed here right before Christmas! We had a large group and bless this team! We were coming from all over the country and this hotel team didn’t offer us one single yucky micro-aggression… from the front desk Gina who happily checked all of us in and returned a dinosaur that a housekeeper (thank you, Courtney!) found and returned!

We snacked at the Bistro, but really to just get some Starbucks… because THIS IS DUNKIN COUNTRY! Haaa! Rob and Dominic were so patient and kind with all of us… we had 3 grumpy little ones a sassy teen and mischievous 7 year old that all decided that the Bistro wouldn’t do and they happily wrapped our bagels to go! (They have so much more!)

The following night we found a busy bar and BLT’s and Halle that was working the Bistro and bar found us some whip cream to top our homemade Maine blueberry pie (from a local bakery).

I had been making a note of all these names because every single one of these team members were such a delight and our family is rambunctious, loud and really… we were so happy to see one another and the team made it seamless. Not all places are THIS WELCOMING! The manager Angie was kind enough to help me remember or mark their names if I couldn’t get them before we checked out. If you need to come to this little courier of the US… don’t stay anywhere else than here! Super clean, hecka friendly and you’ll feel right at home coming in and out right up until you leave. Just like you should… what a great addition to the Marriott brand.

I needed high-speed WiFi and reliable internet for an important business meeting. I called the hotel and Chris at the front desk did an actual speed test to confirm the upload download speed. He accommodated the check out time I needed to have my meeting, and was altogether friendly and helpful. Check in was contactless, the room was very clean and quiet and had everything- fridge, iron, hair dryer, couch, desk, etc. They are taking Covid seriously and offering hand sanitizer and masks. I felt safe staying here and had a great meeting. A+ Thanks guys!

It was my first time staying in these rooms and I got to say I was beyond impressed with everything, the room we stayed in had a big refrigerator instead of this tiny one,this room had a lot of cupboard space fully furnished with all the dishes a small family needs, a two burner rang with about 6' of really nice counter space with a deep sink, a king size bed (super comfy btw), plus a fold out couch big enough for a kid if needed be and a really sweet desk, I regret not taking any pictures... I seem to slack on that for some odd reason and don't know why lol. Oh yeah, the bath tub is bigger then your average bath tub and the shower head had top notch pressure and the water will get as hot as any average person could stand and in my opinion that is great especially because both my wife and I like taking really hot showers 😝, this hotel gets a 5⭐ rating from me 👌
P.S. I almost forgot, the room was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever seen and I've seen a few trust me, rates are reasonable and staff here are really awesome and accommodating also this is a place worthy of recommending to your friends. I guess you could say I was extremely impressed and I'm sure if you decide to stay here you might be impressed yourselves

This is a great hotel. Rooms are clean, modern, and quiet. Breakfast options (not included) at the “Bistro” in the lobby were surprisingly tasty. I was grateful for the extremely fast WiFi in the hotel - perhaps the fastest I’ve seen at any hotel ever. It was super fast to get some work done, stream movies, or video chat.

The room was very spacious and clean. The shower was huge and had a spot where you could sit down as well. There was coffee provided in the room a pull-out desk and very neat decor. The cafe in the lobby has somewhat unusual hours but the staff is more than happy to answer questions about hours and the menu.

Staff was very friendly and thanked us for our Marriott status. Room was quite with a nice view of the woods. Mattress was comfortable and did not overheat, which is very hard to find! A/C cycled on and off all night, which was a bit annoying. Location was close to the highway, but thankfully we could not hear the traffic. Just a couple of miles to downtown. Easy and abundant parking.

I stayed here for 7 nights and I could not be more happy. The front desk staff is amazing! Mary, Toni and Julie were extremely helpful and they made you feel at home! The bistro is also great! That entire staff was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and a good size too. The business center was amazing and I never had to wait to use a computer.

Front desk receptionist was very nice. He made my husband and I feel very welcomed. They had masks and hand sanitizer readily available. The rooms were very clean. We stayed here for a night and it was great.

Great hotel!! Clean, great service, friendly staff. Bedding was very comfortable. Beds were great, bathrooms were huge. Shampoo, soap, coffee and blowdryer in room. We stayed on the 4th floor. I can't say anything bad about this hotel.

Very friendly staff, day or night everyone behind the counter was super helpful. Hand sanitizing stations set up through out the hotel, complimentary masks are available for the guests. It’s very visible they are taking all the proper COVID precautions. Very pleasant stay, will stay here again for sure.

Chris at the front desk provided excellent customer service. I don’t often write a review but felt compelled to do so because he was great to work with. He was more than happy to assist with our needs. Also, the room was squeaky clean and well furnished

A typical Courtyard by Marriott. Nicely located, quiet, very clean and with a well designed external courtyard for outdoor, private snacking and beverages. Very well trained and knowledgeable service staff, particularly those in the Cafe. Even gave a nearly acceptable response to my never ending complaint re: the recent corporate menu change to oatmeal. (Mr. Marriott must be rolling over in his grave re this change.). The only less than stellar rating would be that the mattresses are too soft (I know....'picking a nit'...). Will be back.

Very friendly staff and super clean hotel. Rooms are set up very well with plenty of space. Mini fridge but no microwave. Room 308 is smaller than the rest in fact by the looks there are 2 rooms per flood that are smaller than the others. Still plenty of space.
