My overall experience, some two decades plus with Darlings Ford Volkswagen Audi has been positive. They are an exemplary dealership. There was one glitch where I could not give even one star. I do not write bad reviews. First off it eats at the one writing it and offers up no substantial resolution whatsoever for either parties. What I did do was set up a meeting and brought forth a formate as to how it should have been handled which had a greater impact than ranting and raving. I was told “you are not a loyal customer but rather an advocate” for Darlings. I make sure even strangers know who and what Darlings, as well as Ford Motor Company are as businesses as both have been very considerate to me. Darlings is a family and one becomes part of the family. Issues arise in all families; work through them for the better. Darlings is the darling of the Hogan Road and that includes any other road with an auto dealership.

I have always been treated very well by Darlings Ford of Bangor. I have lived in numerous parts of the state and always seem to find myself back at Darlings because I know that in the end that they will always do their best for me.
This time was no different! With all the chip shortages, supply chain issues, economic ups and downs, and the political issues they were able to keep me focused for the 34 weeks to the completion of my truck and delivery. I say a very big thanks to Otis, Jared, and Wayne for all the time and effort that they put in to make this a successful sale and to me as a valued customer.

First time ever dealing with a factory recall issue with a vehicle. They were very informative about the process and what to expect. They offered to have me wait while the car was being fixed or use their shuttle or pick up service. My car was returned to me in the time stated and in the same condition inside as it was when it left. It cost me nothing for repairs or for the mileage as I was under their limit. Thanks you.

First time buying from Darlings, I had worked with their sales mgr at other dealerships. I felt I could trust him and therefore the dealership. I was right, in a time dealerships that are taking advantage of shortages,this is not the case at Darlings Ford.
