Nothing better than biscuits and gravy at the HiHat. Super peppery and classic. As I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast a large table of locals remarked it was the best dish to order. Delicious and a great way to inspire some friendly banter. Nice staff! Got random compliments on my outfit. Very welcoming.

Love old places like this, the best breakfast I've had in a restaurant in many years! My eggs were cooked perfect, my French Toast was awesome and my pecan waffle was out of this world!!! If you are driving by and never tried this place, you don't know what you're missing. You will be greeted by super employees and served food so good you will want to slap your momma!!! Lol Okay, don't slap your momma, that's just a saying. I'll make you this promise, you'll thank me for letting you know about it!❤

This place has always been one of my favorite breakfast diner. The food is always bomb digity. The staff always funny and smiling.

Neat drive in restaurant where you can have it brought to your car or there is plenty of indoor dinning. Food is very good and service is great.

Super nice waitress! Blueberry pancakes were AMAZING, and FILLED with blueberries. The atmosphere wasn't too bad, the ceiling could use a coat of paint but otherwise it's an old time diner feel. Prices were a little higher than our usual diner but thankfully the food was great.

This was our first time trying Hi-Hat after driving by many times and we'll definitely be back! Service was great and the food was yum. Highly recommend the pancakes!!

Good, down home cookin' that is worth the stop. It's cash or check only which can be a pain to some but it's worth it. Bring cash because the ATM in house costs $3.50 to make a withdrawal but the food was great, service was on the spot and it's got that old diner feel.

The classic Maine dinner / drive-in experience. Good food, friendly service, and reasonably priced.

I had an awesome huge haddock fillet basket and was perfect. Was so much that I brought it home and had the rest of it for supper. Big portions and good home cooked food.

Our favorite local breakfast spot! Food is always great, I'm a big fan of the multiple toppings they'll incorporate into the pancakes. Very friendly staff as well. Its cash only but theres an ATM inside. Big space too!

Really love to eat breakfast here with my husband. It’s unlike any other places to get breakfast in the area, we drive about 25 mins to go here and we really enjoy it. Most of the staff are polite. It’s a family friendly environment.

Opens at 6 am ! Excellent variety of breakfast food including kielbasa. Linda the waitress didn’t even blink when I asked for chocolate milk for my coffee!

My first time trying haddock, had it fried. Mouth watering good. And butterscotch pie, my friend had chocolate pudding pie. We both grateful we took pie home,we would have eaten more than one...hehehe Service, the staff really worked as a team and helped each other. Sweeties all the staff.

All time favorite place. Great breakfast and not expensive. They now take credit cards.

Great service and fantastic food. We had almost given up on good affordable food in the area. This place has some of the best french fries I've had in a very long time. The fried chicken was also great. Rest of my table got breakfast and liked the pancakes and french toast.
