Nothing is labeled when looking for service. The staff does treat everybody as a criminal, even if you're not there for any kind of court hearing. Most of the staff is semi friendly. There are a couple that are just miserable to talk with. It's a court house, it is what it is.

First of all let's keep one thing in mind; its court, the judicial system, government, etc... with that said, it's better than it used to be. The most notable change, judge Ramey retired as of January 1, 2018, as TP Madea would say 'HALLELUJER" R.I.R. rest in retirement. May the hell that you bestowed on so many others come back & greet you in your retirement equally! They're are a few changes the new Judge implemented, such as; courts only held on Mondays, Wednesday's and Friday's and the payments of fines has changed drastically. However the new Judge is so much more personable, not so hard to do when the previous judge whom he proceeded didn't have one at all. The new judge seem to have an attitude of being more willing to look for solutions/options vs the attitude of what's the minimum maximum I can sentence you to... No judicial system is perfect but with out a doubt I'd much rather go to court in Sylvania today, vs prior to Jan 1, 2018 and the previous thirty (30) years January 1, 1988. If I had done this review last year, it would've been a one star with a whole lot of expletives, ijs ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

very rude on the phone, i get cut off when im trying to speak. or get alot of sarcasm, if i dont speak loud enough for them i get almost yelled at. At the court is almost the same some of the ladies are nice and helpful.

Sylvania Court mess my whole LYFE ,for some reason they enjoy making people stress & depressed MY case could have been handled better , Someone almost die but THAT'S Not important,I have a big fine for what I don't know ..I've never been this stressed out,but the courts are happy that's all that matters..

Perhaps when the general public call to ask a question, the clerk shouldn't be rude and short.
Not everyone is a criminal and even so, no one should be spoken to so abruptly, with complete lack of professional courtesy.

Couldn’t even ask the clerk a question she talks over you and legit shuts everything down all I wanted to know was when my court date was. She’s very rude. And as I’m seeing from multiple reviews seems like this is a regular issue.

Best to get a paid lawyer,and get a copy of all printed documents cause they will alter paperwork,they are breaking laws by not allowing you to have your phone in the court house because you might record their corruption and record them breaking the laws that protect you just to get a conviction
