Let me start by saying they have gluten-free hot dog buns here. My daughter was in heaven ordering a hot dog on a gluten-free hot dog bun.

Portions are generous. Services excellent, as is the food.

I enjoyed some chili, hot dog, and a cabbage roll.

I also got an apple dumpling with ice cream on it and oh my goodness, it was amazing.

This is a must visit place.

They serve Pepsi products here.

Great place! One of the dudes from the Vietnam War comedy show Mash is from this town. He's a huge celebrity around there. There was a lot of Mash themed memorabilia. Gift shop was cool. I had had Packo's Pickles prior to my visit. Cheaper in the gift shop than in grocery stores. Oh and they have signed hotdog buns on the wall from celebrities who have visited. Weird but cool little spot. It was a nice spot to wet the whistle before a long drive. Drinks were nice and stiff. Pack those Tums.

A great experience location. The perogies were soft and fluffy inside with a nice crispy pop outside. The hotdog was very unique and the chicken paprikash was flavorful and rich. All were delicious and I would definitely get them again. The buns all along the walls signed by different people are worth taking the time to see. You'll definitely see people you recognize.

Since moving to Flat Rock, MI (about 35 minutes from Toledo) nearly 2 years ago, I always try to make an excuse to come down to Toledo every couple of months, so I can have lunch or dinner at Packo’s. Their dogs are the most delicious I’ve ever had, and as a “M*A*S*H” fanatic, I love the memorabilia all over the place! Jamie Farr was right to mention the place every chance he got on the show. It is truly Toledo’s best place to eat!

This is a really neat place to go eat. They don't have a ton of options, but from what I had everything was delicious. The hotdogs had a nice crunch when you took a bite. The chili was super good also.
It wasn't busy when I went , so I can't speak for the service on a busy day. My service was fast.
The atmosphere was neat. They have famous people sign buns and then display them on the wall. It was neat seeing all the different ones over the years. They also have a gift shop with all kinds of stuff. Food, shirts, you name it. The only downside I had was the lights were kinda dim where I was at and ot made it hard tonread the menu. I wasn't the only one with the issue. I heard a couple other tables say that also. I just used my phone to see.
They have a bar in the front and several tvs so you can watch different games and etc. I will definitely go back.

Went here after a long day of Scuba Diving and the food was so good. We were seated right away and the service was prompt and friendly. The chilli was amazing (I even bought some from the gift shop to bring home) and the hot dog was great. The sauce was awesome. Would recommend.

Great food, service and atmosphere at the original Tony Packo on Front Street. A true classic with fun and nostalgic Hungarian kitsch. The dining room is a fantastic tribute to Toledo native Jamie Farr of M*A*S*H fame. Check out all the celebrities who've been there and autographed hot dog buns which covers the walls and visit the gift shop. Very cool!

I had the MOAD and it was keilbasa chili dog. I cut up the pepper & put it on the ft long coney. My buddy had the Packo's feast. I only got a picture of his cabbage roll standard coney dog.
There was a slight confusion with how the menu is laid out. I assumed I was also getting the chili & cabbage roll with mine because it's directly below the feast. So I thought u just pay $3 more for the ft long kielbasa over the standard dog. That is NOT the case. Honest error on my part. My buddy did let me try his chili & cabbage roll, they were delicious as well.

We are from the PNW and took a break for lunch after camping out for several days at St Vincent hospital. We heard about the infamous Tony Packos and wanted try the food. We had the roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes smothered in perfect gravy and the delicious cabbage roll. The flavors and seasonings on both dishes were spot on and did I say delicious before. Well they were. The roast beef was melt in your mouth delicious. My wife had the cabbage roll which she loved. I snuck a piece myself and it was mmm good. We loved the nostalgic feel and ambience. Definitely going back before we leave to try a Tony Packos famous hotdog. Definitely recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

We haven't been here in a few years and we were happy to be back. The hotdogs are one of a kind. It's such a quintessential Toledo experience. Even after all these years, the food is still decent.

The place was great! Loved the atmosphere and the story behind the restaurant! The service was exceptional, but a little slow for it not being busy. The food was great though, sorry no pictures of the food, we ate it all! The chili was delicious, along with the chili dog and the roast beef sandwich combo. The prices were decent, and they also have a gift shop and a bar. The place was all around a good experience. A must stop place when in town!

Excellent stuffed cabbage. It has been consistently good for a long long time. A little disappointed in the size of the strudel though. But still very tasty.

Fun atmosphere, good service, and good food! When you ask for cheese on your dog, they certainly are not stingy with it. Best Bread Pudding I have ever had this side of my mom's homemade.

My hotdog came with chili, bbq sauce and french fries on it, and coleslaw to put in it! It was the Polish Boy hot dog - a winning combination. There are signed buns all over the walls, a gift shop with t-shirts, pickles, chili, sausages, and other goodies. Really glad we went. It's huge inside and boy was it busy! Super fast service, though. Friendly and helpful staff!

Definitely a really unique place. I don't actually think I've ever had a hot dog quite like what they serve here. The Hungarian hot dog is quite a culinary monstrosity. I always love to try unique local foods, and holy Toledo, this is that place here. Price was super reasonable, especially on a Tuesday when the hot dogs are only $2. Celebrity signed hot dog buns are a kitschy decor touch.

This is it, people. There are now 5 Packo's locations, but this one is the first, the original Tony Packo's, the real deal! The place is almost always packed, but the wait is rarely long. But long or short, any wait is well worth it. The food and service are amazing and everyone always leaves happy. The food and atmosphere are also as famous as they are timeless, because it's the same Tony Packo's today as it was when it began in the 1930s. If your in the Toledo, Ohio area, Packo's is an absolute must go.

Packo's also has a gift shop for souvenir shoppers, where Packo's famous chili can also be purchased by the can. Actor Jamie Farr, who is also a Toledo native, was cast as Cpl. Max Klinger in the popular television show M.A.S.H., and helped make Tony Packo's famous with an episode that featured Packo's food, and the shipping box prop from that episode is now on display at the Front Street Packo's location.

I've been visiting Tony Packo's on Front street since the early 1990s, when I was in and out of Toledo on one of the many bulk freight ships that frequent the Lake Erie port city. There are hot dog places all over the country, but there is only one Tony Packo's, and this is it!
