Super place . It is family owned small bussiness. The staff is so friendly . You can find lot of candies . Must visit place for candy shopping with your kids .

She is such a nice person she has all the candy you can think of and if she doesn't have it se will order it

The lady who works there (sorry, I don't know her name) is super nice and helpful. I ride my bike up there all the time, and she has candy from all time periods. Great store.

Stepping into The Village Candy Shoppe is like being transported into your childhood dreams of all things sweet. There are all the retro candies from all past decades (& if you're interested, the owner will be waiting on you & will be able to tell you the history of any candy you're choosing)! It's a magical shop that has something for everyone! Come once & you'll be hooked!

A delightful little candy shop. The owner was very friendly and nice. I found all kinds of favorites from when I was young at very affordable prices. My son loved the visit as well. Absolutely recommend.

Ten Stars! You won't get friendlier service anywhere. There was candy there I hadn't seen since the 80s. They did a penny candy sale for Hippie Fest so of course I had to go :). I ended up buying a lot more things. They have some things from local and small businesses as well. Such a great time!

This is the little old candy store you wished still existed as a kid - or you remember from your childhood if you lived in that era. I love taking the kids there and letting them pick out their own candy. We can let everyone pick out what they want and spend less than $2. The owner is fantastic and the atmosphere is fun. Definitely one of my favorite small businesses.

Best place for rare and vintage candy! She can order just about anything. Love how the kids can just pick out pieces for 15¢ each vs buying a whole bag of the same thing. If you haven't been here yet it's a must see!

Pick up a little basket at the door and pick out a wonderful selection of 15 cent candy and delights. A little house shop converted to Wall to Wall treats right at the footsteps of the Sylvania history museum. This is a Main street hidden gem in Sylvania I advise anyone to check it out

Very sweet experience in multiple ways Well worth looking for - watch for a small sign in the grass, west side of the 5700 block of Main.

I took my kids(4 & 7) and they thought it was the best day ever! The woman working was so great and helped them pick out what they wanted. We'll be back soon!

This candy shop is awesome! She has many retro candies from when I was a kid and a great selection of Taffy. I definitely recommend a visit to the shop. Very fun place to visit
