This company couldn't be better I have been ordering from them for a few years now. Shipping is fast! Price are the best on wood products!

I purchased a bulk order of thick ash dowels ($100-150 total) a couple years ago and was pleased with the quality. Also tons of US-made items if that matters to you. By far the most competitive pricing I could find for that kind of order as well.

Today I made a similar order and was surprised by how fast it was processed and ready to ship (free shipping over some dollar amount in the lower 48 by the way). Then I received excellent customer service from Laurie to have the order held a couple days to accommodate my travel schedule. That's right they were so efficient I had to ask them to slow down!

I ordered some wooden balls and stars for a nativity project for church. This site had the best price, by far. So I ordered, and then the next day realized that I needed more. I called in and asked if I could add to my order without paying shipping again. They kindly held my order while I added to it and didn't charge me more shipping!
