Big Boy

We came in late an hour or so before closing but that did not matter service here was stellar. The waitres was able to keep up with my drowning act of dri king 3 waters before my meal hit the tile and always with a smile. I ordered the Mushroom & Swiss burger and I was amazing when it came out. The food looked exactly like the picture! It was delicious burger nicely cooked to perfection. This was the first time I came to big boy as I'm from the Southern states and I actually hope I get to go here once more and try the big boy burger that looks like a big Mac. How ever I feel the big boy burger will have the clowns burger running for its money.

I ordered Take out & the kitchen went above & beyond preparing my food. it was so delicious & packed with care! That’s rare these days, I also had a question about how my food was prepared & their employees customer service skills were fabulous & also greatly appreciated. I will be coming back !

One of my favorite diners to go to year round. The Big Boy, slim Jim and hot fudge sundaes are a must and a classic. Always fresh and always quality. Thank you for the great food over the years and your continued support and dedication to feeding the Michigan community. Big Blue out.

I was there for lunch on February 1 of 2024. First of all, I want to say thank you for having a salad bar because some big boys no longer put that out during the week and they’re still using using Covid as an excuse . Also, the lady who greeted me and sat me, was my server. She was so attentive and so nice . The manager was actually cleaning food from the salad bar that was spilled onto the counters. He also met me at the cash register when I went to pay. She was so kind and polite. I just can’t say enough good things about her positive attitude. I had an injury to my finger a while ago, and she even asked me about it It was so nice. It was a legitimate concern not just making conversation. Also, the food was great. The restaurant was clean, including the bathroom. A+ for big boy..

I only went in to get a carry out dessert for my mother in law visiting home from SC. She wanted the hot fudge cake Sunday.
It was packaged perfectly with the hot fudge in a soup container and the whipped cream and cherry in another. The cake and ice cream were in a to go box. She was very pleased and there was a ton of hot fudge leftover for us to use again.
The staff member that helped me was friendly and helpful.

I am simply making this review not for the food and not for ther service but for the simple fact that they have the best bus boy I've ever met. He stayed out of people's way and was prompt on cleaning every table in a timely fashion. But I especially wanted to point out that my son left his Lego on the table that he worked so hard on and the bus man picked it up and put it in his pocket to make sure we could come back and get it. Instead of throwing it in the dish bin to be discarded and I appreciate this man more than this interview can relate!!!! It's hard to find genuine people in this world but this man right here set the bar!!! Hood job my guy and thank you so much!!!

Awesome food and had a great waitress "Citlaly" she was great communicator and the cleanliness of the restaurant is 5 star rating!!!!

Our large party of 20 plus always enjoys ourselves. We come in once a week. The manager always makes sure we are taken care of. She is always smiling!

We went for the breakfast bar on Easter Sunday. The food was hot, it was plentiful and it was good. We'll definitely go back again.

I love this place when I have Prina as my server, but this time I went. They messed up my order, but I really only come here when I think Prina is working. She is the best!

Waitress was friendly,courteous, food was very good and onion rings, yummy with sauce. Will be back

Server was awesome and you could tell the way other guests sat down in her section they enjoyed themselves.

Alyssa was our server and honestly made the trip worth it! Super efficient, friendly and the food was hot and tasty!

This Big Boys location is a great 👍 place 🙂 to dine in with family 🙂 and friends 😁. The atmosphere is great 👍😃 and the customer service is great 👍 especially the waitresses. The parking 🅿 lot has somewhat a lot of parking 🅿 spots, including handicapped spots. The food 🥑 here is great 👍😁 and they serve food 🥝 in a timely manner. The waiting 😀 time is not 🚫 too bad here, depending on the day and time. Nonetheless, this place overall is great 😃👍, friendly 😀 and helpful.

Waitstaff and food was excellent and very affordable, kids eat free 4pm to close on Tuesday evenings.

Stopped in for lunch Had a grill chicken sandwich Lettuce tomato red onion and honey mustard very good, staff was nice and friendly, took a bit longer to get our food then I thought it would be had a nice visit with Mom, clean almost everyone in and out had mask. Nice place to go.

Went for breakfast. Everything was great 👍🏽. Husband loves the breakfast buffet. Our server was excellent! Hugs 🫂 to her.

Greeter Greeted Me And My Employee With Excellent Customer Servicer Skills. We Were Seated Down. Place Was Jamming With Plenty Of Customer's. Waitress Came And Was She Polite😃. We Ordered, The Famous Slim Jim With Fries And It Was Mouth Watering Delicious!! As Well As A Triple Turkey Club Sandwhich With Fries!! IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! Thank You For The Excellent Food & Perfect Customer Service!!
