Dr. Tim Chapel, DDS

I have been a patient of Tim for close to 30 years. Tim's office has always been friendly and accommodating, changing appointments when I needed to, getting me in for emergency work and just in general taking great care of my teeth. I would encourage anyone in Jackson, MI looking for a dentist to call and give Tim Chapel a try!

Dr. Tim has been our dentist for at least 35 years. He is the world's best dentist! We will not go anywhere else. (FYI...If you have to have an injection in your gum (for numbing purposes), he is the one you want. Thank you Dr. Tim, we've spent a lot of time together through the years.😁 (look...beautiful teeth)

First important thing to me is that my appointment began on time. All my questions were answered by the hygienist and by the dentist. Without question it was the most comfortable cleaning I had ever received. Everyone in the office was friendly and very helpful. By the time I left the office my second cleaning for this year had already been scheduled, and any questions about my insurance coverage were verified by the office staff calling my insurance company. As you can see I was very satisfied with personnel and service.

It’s simple for me, they do their job with integrity and have always treated me with dignity and respect.

The minute I walk in the door their staff is so professional and kind. I’am a dental professional of 32 plus years and the knowledge and gentleness of the hygienist is what makes this practice run. The dentist does not rush and answers all of my questions. As I walk away from this appointment I always feel appreciated and cared for. Thank you for this continued service I look for in a practice.

Been to several practitioners in the Jackson area. My late grandmother referred me to Dr. Chapel for an issue that he couldn't fix. However he did what he could and his team got me the help I needed that day. I was intitially astounded. I went in for a cleaning later. I was nervous about even going due to experiences with others in Jackson. Service was PHENOMINAL!!! Just recently went in for the start of fixing my teeth. I CANNOT recommend him more! Very professional. Best dentist and best team I've ever been to. Looking forward to my next appointment!

This rating and review is specifically for Terri Adams who I believe is my mom's dental hygienist at Dr. Chapel's office.

My mom has always been a little uneasy in a dentist's chair so when she told me about Terri - how wonderfully patient she is, how gentle she is, how comfortable she makes the whole process - I was already blown away.

Recently my mom found out that Dr. Chapel was no longer in her insurance network and she would have to pay $40 for each visit to the office. My mom is a frugal woman friends, but she declared that she didn't care if Dr. Chapel was no longer in her network, she said Terri is too good to her and she didn't think she'd find someone better.

This was proven to be so true. My mom has recently been suffering from intense bouts of vertigo. She'd made a dentist appointment though and as soon as she sat in the chair, she became uncontrollably dizzy and nauseous. Terri took prompt action, told the office that she'd take her lunch hour, brought a wheelchair to my mom, wheeled her out of the office, got her into her car, and drove her home. When my mom was safely in the house, Terri walked a mile back to the office.

Terri - truly, no thanks I could express in words would be enough. I'm so grateful for you, your kindness, your consideration. I wish there were more people like you in this world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and every fiber of my being. Thank you.

We’ve been patients of Dr. Chapel for 30 years. Listen. Nobody loves going to the dentist 😂 So, when you find one who is attentive, caring, skilled and has a great staff, you stick with ‘em!

This dentist has integrity!! For himself and the dentistry practice! I highly recommend him for anyone! He and his staff worked thru their lunch break to help us and we are both appreciative and thankful! He couldn't let us go without taking care of what other offices wouldn't. We had just a consultation appointment and he and his staff went above and beyond for us! He wouldn't let us go thru the holiday season without helping relieve pain and discomfort! He does excellent work and has taken care of many of my family members for many years. Love him and his office staff. Wonderful business!!
