Walt's Health Food & Specialty

Was looking for some oil of oregano, had looked all over for this, but low and behold. I go to Walt's and they have it. Very nice. Smaller store, they have a a variety of everything. The employees were very nice and helpful.

Super friendly and helpful! If you need any kind of supplement of dried goods come here for them. They will even order things for you if you ask.

Walt's has always been a great place for info and the right things to help our immune system. Huge inventory.

I've been shopping at Walt's for at least 10 years. They have products I want that aren't easy to find at other area stores; supplements, protein shake mixes, personal care items and whole food items. An added service, which I use every year at Christmas, is their fruit and snack baskets. Fresh fruit, nuts and snacks done up beautifully and always received well by the recipients!

I moved to Jackson from Ann Arbor where there's a health food store on every corner ( not literally but there are a lot!). Well Jackson is a health food desert and Walt's is a little oasis in the middle of it. It's nice to be able to drive around the corner again to get the supplements I need versus making a 40 minute trip to AA or Lansing. It doesn't look nice and fancy inside but it serves my needs and the guy who helps me out is very nice. I hope they never close down, Jackson needs them.

Love that there's a nice variety of teas, supplements, essential oils, alternative baking needs and more. Having moved from California, where eating healthy was a bit of a chore in gathering items without breaking the bank, here in Jackson I now know it won't be as difficult as I once thought.

I thank Walt's Health Food Store for being downtown, where it seems devoid of options of markets and specialty shops. It is much appreciated, and I look forward to a long patronage.

I was able to find the supplements and other items I was looking for right away. This place has all of the health food store staples, and I'm glad to see it still up and running in the community.

Staff is AMAZING. They take the time to explain products, and will find and order a product if they don't carry it. Wonderful little store downtown Jackson. Can't go wrong at Walt's.

I only go to waltz for the popcorn.🤣…But… It’s a nice store with lots of cool stuff and the people there are always nice!!
