Arrabelle Apartments

I loved living at Arrabelle! It's in a phenomenal location with great amenities. I really appreciated having my car safely stored in the heated garage. The grounds and snow removal were always tip top The management (Laura) and staff (Allie) were courteous and helpful with meeting your needs. I highly recommend.

Arrabelle Apartments is just a wonderful place to live. We are returning residents, and have loved living here. The location is ideal, the apartment layout is perfect for us, the management is delightful, and the residents are friendly. We love Arrabelle!

Ive lived here 2 years… am a Senior alone but never Feel alone..I love that our Buildings are a multi aged group.. from babies, to young couples, to teens! The maintenance man, Tim, is easily accessible as well as the cleaning person, Allie , who is personable, friendly & always willing to give a hand! The Club room is also a nice perk plus the accessibility & convenience to town, 1/2 mile walk to shops, restaurants, bars & parks is ideal… Love my place, the residents And mngr(Laura) they all make this my Home!

I rented for about 18 months in the Arrabelle Apartment units. Overall, the experience was great! The neighbors really made the apartment feel like home and we all looked out for each other. I always felt safe and the staff was super friendly (they even helped me with a short-term lease). I would recommend renting from Arrabelle for anyone looking for a great location and friendly neighbors.

I am so happy to call this place home! So clean, quiet and well-managed. I especially love the location, as downtown Cedarburg is a hop, skip and a jump away. Pet-friendly too.

Review Summary: Arrabelle is high-end apartment complex that will help you feel comfortable and safe, but may also leave you questioning the construction's quality control and, at times, management.

Comfort: There are some wonderful amenities available to Arrabelle residents: a fitness center (albeit small); a clubhouse with free wifi and ample cooking, dining, and lounging space; a large patio with grills and fireplace tables; underground parking (at extra cost); spacious elevators; and a variety of free coffees and treats in the main lobby. Additionally, the apartments are beautiful. The cabinetry, hardware, appliances, and very, very large windows make the apartments feel grandiose, spacious and perhaps worthy of the most expensive apartment living in Cedarburg. To boot, the layout of our apartment was done in a way that it maximized the utility of the rooms, especially the living room. No awkward doors in the middle of a wall that would get in the way of a couch, for example.

Safety: I have never worried about safety at previous residences, but I still appreciated Arrabelle's security system. All residents receive a fob that will give you access to your building, the underground parking entrance, the clubhouse, and the fitness center. Additionally, you can install an app through Arrabelle that will allow you to unlock the building's front entrance remotely when a visitor rings the "bell." The app also feeds you video of the person at the entrance, so you don't have to worry about letting anybody in but the party you're expecting. Your apartment door opens with a separate key.

Quality Control: Unfortunately, we experienced a large number of quality control issues with our apartment. In past residences, we have experienced, at most, 1 issue that required a work order, and these were much less expensive apartments. At Arrabelle, we requested approximately 8 work orders for a variety of issues, including a cabinet that fell out of a stripped socket, a window that wouldn't open, a door to the balcony that wouldn't close entirely, lighting inconsistencies, faucet handles that came loose, and a drying machine malfunction that required repair before it would work. Additionally, we may have left the apartment in better shape than we received it, since there was construction dust throughout upon move-in. Furthermore, the apartment's temperature, despite a very nice thermostat with central air for heating and cooling and a scheduler, was difficult to regulate -- heat would escape easily in the winter, and it would fill the apartment in the summer. All of these consistency issues are firsts for us, coming from much less expensive living prior.

Management: Generally, management was very helpful and responsive. You can expect emails returned within 24 hours, if not within the day. We loved how available office hours were upon move-in, though this changed as time passed (from 7 days a week to 4). Management was also always professional in demeanor. There were some issues that arose, however. One issue was a security deposit matter that would have likely cost us our entire deposit, if not more. When we revisited the apartment to review the issue and asked others if they noticed the same issue, everybody agreed that there was no issue besides management. This was an unforeseen and uncomfortable experience, since we are responsible with our living spaces and, thus, have never, in 7 years, earned back anything but our full security deposit. Another frustrating matter that arose was the installation of bike hooks in the underground garage, which was promised in late 2019 or early 2020. Upon move-out in late June 2020, the hook(s) in our parking space were still not installed.

Lastly, although other apartments have done this, it should still be said that Arrabelle offered raffle rewards to residents for leaving positive reviews in March 2020. Although other residents may have had no issues living at Arrabelle, this may account for some of the 5-star reviews that happen to be dated in March 2020.

Have enjoyed my stay here. Great access to the downtown! The clubroom and patio are great facilities to use and are kept in very nice condition.

Do not rent from this property. The management is racist. I was approved, purchased my rental insurance and set up my electricity account and a week prior to moving in I checked the online porter and I saw that my application was canceled no one emailed nor contacted me. I called and they stated paystub unverifiable, didn’t ask for any other kind of proof such letter from job, tax return anything that shows I work for the company, however I don’t believe that was the problem. When I came to the office they saw a black man name Michael renting a unit and canceled it unbeknownst to me.
