Amazing pharmacy staff. Lots of rude customers from time to time but the staff are very helpful as long as you are competent and understand that it is a pharmacy and not a fast food place. Great people!

The store was clean, I had 3 separate staff check on me to see if I needed help. And one even came back after I said no and made sure I was finding what I needed. Great people here. Cashier was kind, and accommodating. Good prices.

Caitlin in the Pharmacy department was extremely helpful in explaining the process to get a test for Covid. She was ever so patient and kind. Thanks, Caitlin

Excellent staff. Rx always ready. If waiting for Rx no longer than 30 minutes if extremely busy. They are always busy. Great customer service!

Everyone was very nice and but one employee name Tyler was extremely helpul

I only go there to get prescriptions filled.

Rude Pharmacy department. The cashiers at the front of the store are wonderful but cannot say the same for the pharmacy department. One particular pharmacy staff acted in a classist and obnoxious manner toward me in an attempt to humiliate me for being a poor disabled customer. Will not ever, ever return. Will take my RX’s to CVS or Meijer from now on!

I had planned to write a review on my experience today at the Cedarburg Walgreens, however, I can see by reading the prior reviews that management has simply ignored any and all feedback. No attempt has been made to change the customer service. The CVS employees next door are always more than happy to help and always greet you with a smile … not disrespectful comments and a snarl.

Always check your receipt! They always have something priced wrong. The manager, I think her name is Brittany, has got to have the worst customer service, she is rude, condescending, and not very bright. Today she was standing in photo with two other workers being loud, screaming and laughing while watching a game on a phone…. A line is forming and they are gathered doing nothing. No wonder prices are always off. I’ve seen her interact with other customers and you can just tell by how she speaks she should NOT be dealing with the public! Walgreens has definitely gone down hill!

If I could do a negative amount of stars I would. I worked for a Walgreens in the pharmacy for a little over 2 years during covid. Never did I ever not put on a smile and work through all the struggles we went through. It’s called customer service but this Walgreens the pharmacy and as a store in all is the absolute worst. The attitudes, disrespect, and unprofessionalism in the employees as well as the management is unacceptable. Just have had to many terrible experiences to where I will not come here ever again I’m transferring all my family and my prescriptions asap!
