Loomis Park

A lot of effort was made a couple years back to rip out the old tot lot that was outdated and replaced with a beautiful new improved top lat that many kids love my dog likes it and made friends with a squirrel. Maybe the squirrels are a little too friendly. Enjoy the swings and enjoy the basketball court enjoy the walk through the park.

Very nice upscale new amenities, that day we were there it rained pretty hard, we were soaked, thankfully there was that wonderful covered picnic table area for us to get shelter from the storm. We had our dogs with us and they loved it, we all had a lot of fun that day.

It's so beautiful to see playgrounds being made more inclusive for kids of all abilities. Providing kids the opportunity to socialize with other children with disabilities is such a valuable tool to bridge the gaps to normalizing acceptance. The upgrades to the park are amazing. The resistance workout equipment was a surprising addition.

Don't usually come to this park it's not known for goods things,however after the playground remodel,we decided to visit. I was happy with the updated equipment and even happier when I saw no needles laying around..didn't go anywhere else only the playground and picnic area.

We saw this park while driving by and stopped on a whim. The kids loved it and could've stayed all day. Nice and shaded when we were there!

Very new very clean we love it! Tons of play. Areas to choose from and an excersize circuit that goes around it. There aren't any bathrooms that's the only drawback.

I do miss the old park but it was time for a new park for these little ones! They cleaned it up and made it very modern and my kids absolutely love it good job Jackson!!

This park has been my favorite since I was very young. Beautiful landscaping... the trees and the huge hill facing E. Michigan have been my favorite ever since my sledding years.

Hands down it looks great since they rebuilt the park . An my kids had fun but hey maybe next time why don't you throw some water toys in there also.. I've taken my kids to some nice parks in some of the nicer city's around Michigan an they know how to build a park maybe you guys should go an take a look at some of the parks

The newly excavated hill for sledding is awesome. My kids and I will remember the memories from here for a lifetime.

Always a welcome atmosphere for those whom share space with everyone equally. I enjoy this park and it provides plentiful shade.

Beautiful peacefull park absolutely gorgeous

It's a Beautiful place for everyone to visit. Safe playground equipment for the kids. And enough excerise equipment for young and old. Well lit area for a family picnic as well.

The new playground is really nice. The kids love it! Love that they included work out equipment.

Just upgraded the play equipment and everything looks great! Great cheap way to have fun with the family!

I've watched this place turn from a questionable park to a very nice park over the years. Growing up in Jackson and within the area of the park I've witnessed a lot of negative things but I've also witnessed the most recent changes and I can say that they've done a great job as of late keeping it safe and up to code for the citizens of Jackson to enjoy, a great place for birthday parties.

Great basketball hoops, beautiful trees for shade and cutting down the wind on gusty days. Playground is great, especially for imaginative children. Awesome place to sirens a few hours.

New playground is a 10/10. All kinds of equipment for every age, toddler to adult. Tons of room to run, swing, jump, climb, you name it.
