Best hardware store around! They have a lot of hard to find items you can't find anywhere else! Very friendly people.

I've been going to Knibloe since I was a kid. Surprisingly, they have a large selection of plumbing valves and handles. They have always been knowledgeable and provide great customer service. This store is a gem in this community as very few of these family-operated stores still exist. I absolutely love this place! Talk about a true down to earth hardware store, don't look any further! Mind you, they also have an awesome gift shop, so you can snag something for the wife! Do yourself a favor and buy local from here!!

They have the friendliest sale people, always greet you with a smile. They take the time to hold a small conversation as well. Always have what I am looking for, prices are reasonable. This is my favorite Hardware store.

My family has been coming here for years, they're great people overall and they really do help you whenever you need. Kind people, and great service. Don't forget to check out the antique store next door, they run that as well!

Very friendly service. Able to allocate most anything that's not on the shelves, and you'd be hard pressed to not find the item. Also, pro-feeedom and pro-Constitutional, if mask objectors catch my drift

I had searched all over the JACKSON area for a place to fix my 2 living room lamps. Since Beffle’s closed up, I was totally at a loss with who could work on them. To my amazement i learned KNIBLOE’s could do it. I took them in & spoke with John. He told me that it would probably be Thursday or Friday before they’re ready. I was surprised when John called Tuesday a.m. to let me know they’re ready. John got them working top notch & they looked amazing. Thank you John for such a wonderful job & experience. Not only was the service great as John was very friendly & courteous.
Please support small local businesses. It’s hard to find this kind of service anymore.

For a "small" hardware store, this store had absolutely everything...maybe onlly one of some items, but they had it. We were pleasantly impressed.

sometimes the city hardware places focus just on the high turnover gadgets. (see the decline of the corporate ACE locations, TSC, etc.) not Knibloe; these guys are olde skoole wth a k and a silent e. they have every different kind of thingimabob for your broken whichimagiger. and they are priced reasonable. friendly respectful staff (not as easy as you think to find and keep these days). a real asset to the neighborhood.

I can usually find everything i need at Knibloe's without big store lines. I choose Knibloe's for great customer service and personal attention.

This is what the old neighborhood hardware used to be like. When ever I need something special, I come here, and normally they have it. Thanks goes out to the staff, for all the help they have provided.
