Been buying work boots and leisure boots here for years. The boots are well made and put up with a lot of punishment. The owner is extremely helpful and kind. It's a small space, but well worth stopping in to see what is in stock. It's easy to miss this place as you drive by, but I would highly recommend Genco Boot Shop especially when it comes to a solid pair of work boots.

Second pair of boots from Genco, Andy is great to work with. Pay a little more up front for the Red Wings, but I got 2-1/2 years out of them. Still comfortable, just had the toe giving out on one of them

The men in my family have been using this place since before I can remember and for good reason. I have used them on multiple occasions myself. They even have on file what my father and my uncle purchased from them on each of their first visits! Great service, by far above what you would expect!

Best experience buying boots I have ever had. Customer service was on point, and the gentleman working was extremely knowledgeable with all of his products. They also repair boots. Very cool, old store with some very old machines!

Have been a customer for 15yrs now and have been wearing the same Red Wing model (608) pretty much the whole time. Always top notch salesmanship, perfect repairs (rarely needed), and highly knowledgeable. Just recently needed safety toe boots and really don't care for safety toe in general, but Andy (the owner) turned me on to the Red Wing 2280. Man these things are awesome!!!!! They have a large toe box area called "king toe". You can't even tell there’re safety toe, perfect out of the box, feel like they are broken in from the first time wearing! Perfect recommendation, thanks!

Best boot shop around! Excellent store with unbeatable customer service. Told Andy what I was looking for and he had me out the door in a new pair of boots in no time.

I was impressed by the fact that they wanted to help me get the right shoes and not the most expensive shoes. Makes me want to go back next week and buy the other pair that I was looking at.... Actually I probably will now that I think about it...
