AnnMarie was AMAZING!!! She was so friendly and professional from the beginning! I didn't feel pressured to buy anything! She helped me with every dress I wanted to try on! I thought I found the one I wanted, but when I went to buy it a couple of days later, I found one I absolutely LOVED!!!!! So I bought a different one instead, and even tho it was past closing time, she had no problems staying until I found THE ONE!!!

I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!! If you need a wedding dress or a prom dress or tux's, this is the place to go! She is truly one in a million!

Ann Marie was so helpful and accommodating to us. My son needed a suit for homecoming court and she helped him find exactly what he was looking for. We were in and out in no time and I was very pleased with how affordable the suit was. Support small business and go see Ann Marie!

I'm honestly pleasantly surprised with not only the selection but the pricing. We stopped in today just to get my daughter and son a dress and suit and I was so happy with the prices that in addition to the toddler suit and toddler dress we got shoes, a belt, and I even got a dress for myself. My mother in law got a dress too! Great selection, especially for kids. Brides, mother of the bride, grooms men, bridesmaids, kids, babies, and prom. Honestly it's a one stop shop. The owner was so kind and even helped with the kids so I could try some dresses on. We will definitely be back!

Best place in Jackson for dresses and the customer service is over the top. I had been to several bridal shops previously and Ann's was by far the best. Ann, the store owner is very professional and considerate and truly cares about your special day. I had such an awesome experience. I highly recommend Ann Marie's Bridal.

AnnMarie was who was supplying tuxedos for a wedding myself and my fiancé were in. When we arrived we had no idea if we were renting or buying the items we tried on. Ended up leaving with a suit that needed to be tailored - called back two weeks later and played round robin on if it could be returned and then get a rental instead since it was a navy suit and would not be worn much after the wedding. Was offered an exchange for a black suit, which did not resolve the issue I had and I would still need to rent a navy suit. We ended up keeping the suit and never heard back on if the button up shirt or tie came in. Had to call her 3 weeks before the wedding and was told that she thought the bride would inform us (as if the bride isn't busy enough as is!) that it came in. My fiancé then picked up the items and found that the tie hadn't been paid for either when we paid $360 for the suit, and as a result was an additional $30. Now we are over $400 into a suit and shoes for literally one day.

I won't do business here again, even for my own wedding in 2024.

In short: The dresses seem outdated with a very limited selection, you will have to repeat yourself many times for her to understand the style you want, she is evasive, and no masks are worn.

I had a strange experience with this store. She got us an appointment same day on Saturday, and I was excited to try and support a small business during these times. However, once I left the store, I felt upset rather than excited. When I walked in, Ann Marie greeted my mother and I warmly, but hardly said a word to my fiance. Then, we realized she was not wearing a mask. While I understand Covid times are challenging, my fiance was the only one who noticed the sign on the door that made me a little more than wary of having entered, which I will post below. The medical reason she gave was not a legitimate one. I kept my mask on the whole time as she was getting very close to me in the dressing room without a mask, and hovered closely while flipping through a catalog to show me dresses. This was not the only thing I found wrong with the shop. She asked me if there was a style I had in mind, so I showed her a dress in her store as an example of the shape I liked, and and she told me "That's a size 8, you're not going to be able to try that." I was not expecting to put it on my body, but I liked the style. She could have been kinder and helped me find other dresses in that style. Once my mother stepped in and again tried to remind her it was the shape I liked, she told her those were dresses from a bridal show so I would not be able to try them. I also told her I like sleeves on a wedding dress, and if you are also looking for such, do not go here. She had 1 dress in her entire selection with sleeves, and said she could "add them later," which is not what I wanted at all. She then proceeded to pull lots of outdated strapless dresses, and whispered to me in the dressing room while looking to see if my mother was listening: "Not everyone likes sleeves, so you don't have to wear them, and we can even make them 3/4 length sleeves." She made it seem like it was my mom who wanted sleeves on me rather than a personal decision. While I did a lot of wedding dress research beforehand, it seemed like she had no interest in helping me find the particular styles or colors I was looking for. She even said it would be "a challenge to do so," when I had no problem pulling up several examples online to show her. While she was friendly enough, I just didn't appreciate the behind the scenes whispers indicating that my mother was not supposed to be included. I am only writing this because I don't want others to have the same experience that I did. I should have walked out sooner, but this was my first bridal appointment and I had no clue what to expect.

I went 2 months ago for prom dress shopping, and I wasn’t going to say anything but after recounting the stories with my friends they encouraged me to review. This was literally the worst experience I could have had. I’m around a size 15-16 so I get it, limited options, but the comments and rude remarks made were so damaging to me. I had never been dress shopping so I didn’t know what to expect but they did not listen at all to what I wanted then when I voiced I didn’t feel comfortable in a certain dresses would comment how “that one’s too insecure for you.” As well as other comments (and this is to quote) since my “body is built like that” she said “we don’t have that many bigger sizes, we have more sizes for you know, regular people.” This was among other remarks said. I walked out of the building with my best friend feeling more self-conscious and distraught than I think I have felt ever and I would never go back there again.

I wish there were negative stars. they were the meanest people I have ever meant in my life. They were so judgment and rude. They made so many rude remarks about my body with every dress I tired on. I am a mid-size girl and they had limited options for my body type and they made rude comments on their selection for mid-sized people. I will never be shopping here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would! She did not listen to what I wanted or liked. Very small selection to choose from. She made very rude comments about sizing and what I could fit into and not. All dresses seem old and most of the dresses you couldn't order due to them being the "last one". Overall I walked out in tears and was very upset that this was how my 1st time trying on dresses went. I made an appointment and she wasn't prepared for me until 25 minutes after arrival. She also didn't allow me to take my bra or leggings off to try on dresses. Also absolutely no heat in the place either.
