Sam's Club

Sharlene at the pizza counter does a great job. She works hard and fast. Treats customers well. She is a great employee. The older lady working with her also does a good job.

Always good deals like Sam's club is known for. However this store is always organized and upkept well. Very nice when I need to get in and out but it's also great for window shopping on days I can take my time. Well worth the membership

Rob at Sam's in the Tire and Battery department is awesome! My husband called about getting a stuck lawn mower tire off the rim, and Rob worked on it until he finally got it. Awesome employee with great customer service!

When you get inside Sam's Club, it's an amazing 👏 place! The Employees are Awesome, and will usually walk you straight to what you're looking for!! The Cashiers make ringing up your order look so easy! They're quick, efficient, and get down to business, all while being friendly, and engaged. MOST are careful enough Not to squish the bread or croissants and the eggs usually make it home unbroken as well!! It makes my day!!
REUSABLE BAGS ~
My only complaint is that they need a better bagging area. I usually bring my own with me, but the cashiers won't use them! WHY IS THIS?? So you have to go to this tiny area outside of the exit door where there's a small table and a buttload of JUNKY Useless cardboard flats for canned goods. I usually end up toting them to the car and bagging them there.

They usually have what I need. A helper working the floor saw me carrying stuff and asked if I wanted him to get me a cart. I had one at the end of the row, but I appreciated that he was willing to go the extra mile. The cashier was efficient, not overly pleasant, but got the job done. Thank You!

I'm always surprised at how much I can save by buying in bulk at Sam's. Great selection!

Sam's Club is great for buying big bulk items. We normally use Sam's for toilet paper and paper towels. Best way ever to buy these items. I also love love love the sample tables. Definitely one of the best grocery stores in town as well.

I got a lot of great things from China there sometimes I like to shop for them in person instead of ordering them online from Amazon.

Spring is here finally, that means new pool floats. Got a good deal at Sam’s Club this morning $29.98 ea. for these really comfy floats. They have a mesh fabric that covers the float and a removable canopy. 😎

My son and I shopped here yesterday, my son for the 1st time. My son is 36 y.o. and has a mental illness. Some of the employees were so observant, 5 to be exact, let me know where my son was in the store whenever they saw me. I really couldnt believe what a great help this was to me and I am so very thankful that they did this. I have never been in another store with him that this has happened. It was only my 2nd time being there in years. Sam's Club hires some very good employees and I am very happy to be a member there!

Came here to point out one employee that I notice every time I see him. He checks receipts on the way out and I observe how amazing he is to guests. Had a guy last night in front of me with a huge TV. Watched and listened, and TEHRAN offered so nicely to get him help loading. After the guest declined he said well feel free to leave it up front and pull your car up. This is just one example. I am a manager in customer service and people like this guy always make me smile. He gets it, from the greeting to the thank you, this guy is absolutely helping your business without you maybe ever knowing. Keep it up Tehran! I for one appreciate seeing your work every time you are working the door!

It was busy even though they just opened at 10:00 people must line up and line to get in cuz the parking lot was full

I recently moved from Florida to Michigan and visited the Muskegon store. As I started to put my groceries in my car a very nice young man named Jujuan put them in for me with a smile. Great to see such thoughtfulness! This never happens in Florida. Thanks again Jujuan!

I'd recommend going here. It wasn't too busy and it's nice that everything stays pretty spaced out for plenty of distancing if you want it. Staff is friendly and helpful and the store is kept clean and well maintained. I will say to keep your eye out for shopping carts in the lot. If you notice the cart corrals are full, you should just grab a cart and bring it in with you or you'll be waiting on one or heading back out to get one.
