I had a fantastic experience with the body shop at Michael’s. The work is beautiful and the car looks good as new. What I appreciated most was the good communication by Bob. The repairs took some time, because of lead time on parts, but Bob proactively communicated and kept me in the loop during the process which is a breath of fresh air. Overall, it was a great experience.

We were blessed to locate Michael Car Center. The establishment is family oriented, very helpful, informative, professional but patience with you during the process. My son purchased his first vehicle. It’s basically a brand new car. The mileage and pricing was unbelievable great! It was a great deal too good to pass! Mike, Steve, and Jimmy are awesome. It’s a drive but it’s all worth it for service and vehicles on the lot. They provided gas for us for drive there and back. Most important for us was the pleasant energy and service. Need a good reliable, low mileage and great priced vehicle go check them out! It’s definitely a place to keep coming back to and bring the friends and family!

Fantastic service!! I called them about an issue with my vehicle and they not only set up a consultation appointment in a timely manner but they fixed the problem same day. I hung out at their location while they worked on my car and someone came up to me a few times with updates and it felt very personalized and there were no surprises. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!

Service was excellent, they even went the extra mile and turned off a pesky engine light for me. If the need arises for more automotive work, I already know where I'll be taking my ride. Bob Sinclair, Michaels service manager will always treat you right and get your wheels rollin again!

My wife and I were looking for a Jeep, Michael's had a few in stock that fit our budget and needs. I worked with Kirk Conely and Rick Clink on getting set in a vehicle for Dawn. Although I have known these 2 gentlemen for many years in another business, they are exceptional at what they do, went way above and beyond working things, and communicating with them was excellent.
