Palms Krystal Bar & Grill/Chicken in the Rough

I really enjoyed dining at this place. Friendly service, great food, and they have a good variety of drinks at the bar. This is my third time coming here and I had nothing but good experience. If this is your first time coming here, I highly recommend trying their chicken sandwich.

First time visiting. We were in area decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed amazing chicken dinner. If you like chicken hands down one of the best dinners I have had. The service also top notch. It's a cozy little place great atmosphere, food and service.

There aren’t many things that I dream about, but the 2 piece dinner at Palms is one of them. Made fresh to order and it shows! So good. This thing comes out like a F’n masterpiece every time.

Very friendly staff and attentive. Seasonal drinks and retro fun atmosphere. Had the maple old fashioned and would highly recommend!

The service is always great The food is awesome they're seasonal drinks are good. My favorite is the pulled pork mac and cheese and their burgers are great My husband loves their chicken dinner.

Had ordered a turkey dinner that was definitely fresh roasted, not processed. Never had a bad meal always delicious. Servers are pleasant and take care of you, plus they play nostalgic music for a fun atmosphere. I'd recommend highly.

I’ll start by saying This was my first visit and the service was amazing! the chicken is some of the best fried chicken I ever had. Seasoned to perfection and the fries were delicious too plus the coleslaw was made with love

This place is probably one of the greatest restaurant I have ever been to. It has great workers, delicious food and an amazing old style atmosphere. I'd highly recommend coming and eating here!!!

Service was sooo friendly. Kind, warm personalities. Now the food....the soups, mushroom soup, french onion soup, amazing, especially after our cold swim into Lake Huron. Entrees, fried chicken, pike sandwich, and fish and chips, freakin' amazing!!!! Loved it. Only negative is that our Club Keno numbers didn't hit.

Great food ! Huge portions, atmosphere was great. Service was pretty good. They were very busy, but we’re treated immediately to good and friendly service. Would recommend.

The absolute best chicken anywhere. I would find it very hard to rival this place. All the food is great. But the chicken is just the absolute best

This place is a local gem! Best fried chicken and hand cut fries. I always get the tenders but the sandwiches, chicken dinners, and appetizers are great. We love the atmosphere, keno and pull tabs. It’s a fun place for a family dinner!

I tried this restaurant for the first time and I had the chicken sandwich, it is very good and tasty along with the french fries very similar to five guys. Great customer service. I would recommend this restaurant.

Got the 4 piece fried chicken in the rough. 15-20 minute wait was well worth it. Delicious light breading seasoned perfect. Cool retro interior. Friendly attentive server. No complaints 😉 Will definitely be back the next time we're in the area ☺

Our new favorite place for Chicken & Waffles and Fish & Chips in the Detroit Metro area! The chicken is tender and moist with an ideal amount of seasoning. The waffles are hot and delicate with a great flavor! The fish & chips are breaded / seasoned / fried to near perfection. The side coleslaw and tartar sauce are the best we’ve had anywhere in the area. We are sure to come back and highly recommend this place!

I love going here for some chicken and ribs! The ribs have been amazing each time they just pull right off of the bone! The whole restaurant is retro and definitely adds to the atmosphere.

Our favourite eatery. Love all their food. We've been going there for years. Our mom's went there when they were in their 20's. One of our favourite servers still works there.

I drove by this place a million times throughout my life and I finally stopped here for dinner. The chicken and fries was awesome and they had my favorite beer on tap
