Target

I love this target! It’s a bit smaller than some other locations but they are well stocked in all departments. The grocery section is the only department that I think is small, but still lots of great products to shop. Friendly staff. I visit often from Ontario.

Large range of products at good prices! There is a Starbucks if you want a quick drink or snack while you shop. The washrooms are big and sanitary. I plan on going back to this Target when I visit the U.S. again. :)

Such a great store. I could look around in there all day.

We got a really good price on the name brand crockpot we were looking for and check out was really fast even though the store was busy.

Pick up order was super fast and convenient. There was no wait, customer service had me in and out in minutes.

Employees were very friendly and helpful! I've shopped at other stores in the area recently and felt as if I was a bother just being in the store. Not at Target! Every employee I encountered was friendly. I was greeted with hello, asked how they could assist me, thanked for shopping, told to enjoy my day, etc. Very pleasant experience!

It would be nice to have a few more check-out lanes available with employees to help the poor elderly

I always like shopping at Target I love their selection and their prices.

I walked in and was greeted right away. I didn’t have to wait at all, the person immediately helped me and explained exactly what she needed from me to process both of my returns separately. I was in and out in under 10 minutes and everyone who I spoke to was so kind and friendly.

Love the curbside experience with Target. I just tap to let them know I’m on the way. Then when I arrive they are already waiting on me 9 out of 10 times. Friendly and very proficient employees. Thank you

Mike in electronics is a great asset to the Fort Gratiot store. I drove out there from the Richmond area for my aunt, who has low vision, to have help with her cell phone. He was wonderful and very patient with her. We left as very satisfied customers and will continue to shop at this Target! Thank you Mike!!!

Great guest service good prices

Absolutely love Target! They had sales on back to school clothes and little wait time getting to a U-Scan. Plus the pickup is super fast and easy! Never any wait time!

Crate store the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I always see a lot of Canadian cars in the parking lot

Use the drive up service all the time! Love the fact that there is no set time to pick your stuff up, they text you when it’s ready!!

Michael at this target deserves to be a manager.
I represent a retail service in target and have been to 40+ targets in the last year. All have a great electronic section but this is by far the most organized and well maintained.

Michael is constantly addressing customer issues, preparing the section, and is the most knowledgeable about products and assistance.
