Tripp was an awesome sales person and my whole dealership experience was positive. They had a very hard to find vehicle and it was going to take me just under a week to transfer the money. Offered a deposit which they never charged my card and held rhe car for me on my word alone. Very happy with this dealership.

Hello, everyone who I had the chance to speak to and interact with were very helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is having the slightest problem with their auto. This dealership was the only place that was able to diagnose and fix the coolant leak I was having with my car. This was after I replaced all the hoses under my hood. It was an inexpensive problem and their prices are competitive with other auto repair shops. It is really nice not to check my coolant levels every time drive somewhere. I am planning on going back for any future service on my Chevy.

It was good. Being there earlier you don't have to wait as long. Last time in middle of day we waited close to 4 hours for a scheduled appointment for oil change, tire rotation and filter change.
We ended up buying another car in waiting period.

For the most part everything went well. However when looking for a Traverse I really was wanting a black 2024 Limited with black interior and the dual sunroof and was told they didn’t have any on the lot nor could they sell the 2024’s yet. 2 days later I’m sitting home and what do I see an advertisement for the exact one I wanted. So I was kind of disappointed because I feel I settled for one I truly wasn’t in love with. Also, the one I wanted was only 2,000 more and we would have definitely bought it. So for the one we did get I now have to buy seat covers for because I don’t love the interior. I just feel like they said they couldn’t sell the 2024’s yet because they were trying to get rid of the 2023 first.

Very fast service, professional, accurate, kind. I love the service they have to pick up your car and drop it back off. I was going to go to bell tire because it was close for me to get a ride. When they informed me on the phone that they would pick up and drop off, or shuttle me to work. That sealed the deal for me. I want to service my Buick with a GM dealer. I received a video of my cars under carriage from the technician. Also it was so easy to use my Buick points on my service. I will be a loyal customer of LaFontaine. They took great care of me and my vehicle.

From scheduling the appointment over the phone with the service department to completion everyone I spoke with seemed professional, knowledgeable and polite to speak with. My appointment to have a new Tonneau cover and window deflectors installed was for 9:00 AM. I waited in the customer lobby and was surprised to see my truck pull up in front of the building at 10:00 AM with the accessories installed. Thank you for the good service and quick turn-around.
