DoubleTree by Hilton Port Huron

Had 2 rooms for 2 nights. Rooms were clean and the king suite was large. Pool was clean and hot tub temperature was great. Room bathrooms were clean.

The wedding going on downstairs had very loud music (which was great for them-congrats!) but hearing (and, occasionally, feeling) the music from the wedding, on the third floor until the middle of the night, was not the most pleasant. I'm glad they were having a good time, though!

The housekeeper checked if we needed anything after the first night, and replaced our bathroom towels for us.

The on-site restaurant is nice, but I wish there had been a breakfast included with the stay.

The view of the bridge from the balcony of the room was beautiful. The Drone Show over the water from the convention was awesome! Perfect location.

Staff was friendly, and overall a nice stay. Would definitely stay again, if in the area!

Beautiful hotel in the area for a wedding block. I was in a different country and they were great about communicating over email. We had a few glitches getting the booking link setup but Riley was awesome and able to get to the bottom of the issue and had it all fixed before we released it to our guests! Sarah was great to communicate with to get the contract setup. It was easy to extend the block once the first group of rooms was booked. Check in and out was very easy for us and all our guests and they helped direct our guests to the shuttle. Rooms are very clean and well kept. Beds were also very comfortable after a very long day! The suite was perfect for our whole wedding party to get ready in - lots of space. Thankful that Doubletree was a part of our big day, and those cookies, yum!

Prices are a little high, especially if converting to Canadian and do wish there was a breakfast included but these are small things that don’t effect the great stay we had!

Two words: Bath sheets! So nice to have big fluffy towels! This is the first time I’ve stayed anywhere that had these (I’ve stayed in a LOT of places). Everything from the check-in cookie to the view of the St. Clair and Blue Water Bridge from our patio was perfect.

The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The shower was high enough for us tall people and the water pressure was great.

The gift shop is lovely and the coffee in the lobby was so welcome after a 12 hour drive! If we are staying in Port Huron again, it will definitely be here!

We chose this location for our wedding ceremony and reception and we have not stopped thinking about how grateful we are to have chosen this location!
Riley and Sarah were so accommodating and understanding during our process of wedding planning. We will definitely be back to visit, as this hotel now holds a special place in our hearts. The guest rooms, bridal suite, and restaurant were clean and welcoming. None of our guest had any complaints about their rooms.
Highly recommended for future brides and grooms.

This hotel was stunning. I came for an event that was here. The staff was unbelievably attentive, helpful, professional and did there jobs to the best of their abilities and beyond. I was not able to see the rooms but I will be coming back to stay a couple of nights because from what I seen this entire hotel was absolutely stunning !

Spent a night at Double Tree Hotel with a south facing view of the St Clair River. All went pretty well from check-in to check-out. Room view was okay, but not the best. Stayed at the end room next to the restaurant, so the view of the Blue Water Bridge, the north section of the river and Lake Huron wasn't the greatest. Room was very clean and furniture was in decent shape. Beds were comfy as was the bedding. Nice wall art, too. Dual cup coffee maker was sweet. Smaller bathroom, but updated and clean. Loved the balcony area with wrought iron chairs, but seats not cushioned. Had a decent southern view of the river. Great size TV and many areas to put your clothes.
Front desk staff were extremely nice and very helpful. All the employees here were friendly and professional. Lobby area was clean and beautiful. Gift shop was nice (super stocked with souvenirs).
Since this was a special 81st birthday celebration for my father, I chose to have the breakfast buffet at Freighters Eatery added to my reservation. The restaurant is attached to DT and that made it so convenient. Love Freighters and visit often for lunch, so it was nice to try the breakfast buffet. Wow! I was impressed. They had so much to choose from for breakfast. Food was very good with the only exception being the eggs. They were very dry. Everything else was fantastic. Highly recommend the buffet if staying. You won't regret it.
This is my first time at a Hilton brand hotel and I enjoyed my stay at Double Tree. A bit pricey for a night, ($206 on a weekday and w/o breakfast), but for a special occasion, this stay was worth the extra money. We all had a great time.

After checking in to another hotel in town and having to leave immediately because of the quality, we were welcomed with no problems here on 20 min notice. Staff were amazing, from front desk, and those wonderful warm cookies haha, to everyone else that worked there, super friendly. Our room was immaculate, and had a veranda overlooking the water which was nice. The restaraunt/ bar was just as good and the bartenders were great! Also love the 12 pm checkout the next day. This will be our go to from now on.

We went to a wedding here. This venue is a 10+! They go out of their way to accommodate any need. The rooms are clean, decorated beautifully and the view of the courtyard and Blue Water Bridge are captivating. The suites are very spacious with all the amenities. The price of the rooms are very competitive and worth every penny. The room for the wedding was absolutely gorgeous. They have a marvelous gift shop and restaurant/ bar inside the hotel. The pool & workout room are very clean and quite large. I highly recommend this hotel.

By far the best views of any hotel in Port Huron, and certainly feels fancy! The room I staid in was spacious and very clean. And the pool- it's huge! Easily double a normal hotel pool, as was the hot tub

Very beautiful view from the rooms. The staff is kind and generous! The housekeeping staff is one of the best teams I have seen and any hotel we have recently stayed at. Keep up the good work!

The only reason I didn't give the room 5 stars is because there are no USB ports to connect the phone charger. You have to have a box. I had a beautiful lakefront view and loved waking up to see the sun rising over Lake Huron.

Can't beat the location! Sitting right on the st Clair River beneath the blue water bridges, this place to stay has a business center and a whole restaurant. Book here and enjoy the scenery!

Exceptional property, value & location. Room is very clean as expected however, Bed/mattress in room 122 is rock hard…it’s 3:51am & I cannot sleep! :/

Attended my niece's wedding. Everything was so perfect. Staff were super good. Food was great. We all had so much fun. Thanks for making the weekend just the best for everyone.

Great hotel. Beautiful room and view of the water. Didn't have a great experience or meal at the restaurant though. Service was awful and so was my greasy omelet.

WHAT A LOCATION FOR A HOTEL!!! It sits right on the river and Lake Huron. The views are incredible.

Staff is very friendly. FOOD and atmosphere is very friendly and chill.

Great customer service, the gym , pool and hot tub are all great. Beds are comfortable rooms have a great view of the water. Nolan at the front desk was extremely helpful and suggested nice things to do in the area. One more note... you can never forget the famous cookies 🍪 😋

Great locations, rooms were very clean. The pool is large, but hot tub was down during my trip cause of power outages..I really liked being right by the water, you could walk right out your patio door and watch the freighters go by so cool. I will definitely be staying here again if im in the area.
