What an amazing store, I have been to a lot of different Best Buys, and the employees here at the Fort Gratiot store are some of the best. The level of engagement and welcome in this store is next level. I also really love their appliance section! Stop in and say hi!

I went to the store to see the selection of Canon camera's they had display. At first I was very disappointed but the salesperson I got was Outstanding. (80686).
She answered all my questions and the Model that I wanted they had in stock. 👍

The guy at the Geek Squad window, on Thursday 12/21/23 at 1:41pm knows his stuff. He was friendly, polite, and caused me to smile uncontrollably on my way out the door. I was dreading the thought of losing everything on my phone, and having to buy a new one. He absolutely made my day.

Staff in this location are awesome. We bought some big ticket items spontaneously and Destiny and Lupe helped us make the best decisions for our needs/wants.

Clean store, just renovated this week (in October 2018) and I really like the new look and layout. Great selection as always, and the staff is very personable and friendly to talk to. Location is nice, has ample parking as well.

Called earlier in the day about a laptop that had the specs i was looking for online, this location and Lansing had a few in stock. Did not get and answer on the phone so we drove an hour and 10 minutes to the store to find out that they were sold out also. The manger did us a solid and price matched the next step up. Very happy over all with the experience. Cant wait to get home and set up the printer we also purchased.

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful if needed.

The girl who helped me named Jessica was wonderful I can't even tell you she's a rock star in my book. I recently got out of the hospital and I have a lot of health problems and she was so patient with me and she was able to tell me about the credit card from Best buy and financing so she pushed it through for me and I got $2,000 worth of credit and I needed a new fridge because ours is leaking into busting apart so thank you so much Jessica and the whole team at the fort Gratiot Best buy you guys are great and I'm going to tell everybody even if they need to drive an extra hour go to your store they won't regret it thank you so much you guys from Paula Brown

I would like to give a special shout out to both the manager of the Port Huron store and Wynn, who helped set up my new cell . I was in the middle of a travel vacation and desperately needed to update my phone. These two guys came to my aid and got me up and running and back on the road. True professionals in person tech support, which is almost impossible to find these days. Thanks again guys

I received great customer service from geek squad and electronics

The Geek Squad was great checking in a computer for servicewife bought a new lap top and Geek squad set it up for her .had a auto start system installed in a vehicle. Great service .

The employees handling the phone kiosks are very knowledgeable, help you look for what you want, and make suggestions in a good way👍. The geek squad installed my screen protector on my smart watch and did a decent job. Overall love the customer service. Most best buys' hound the customer while they are walking around, but here they ease off, kinda like they want my money, but they won't stalk me to get it
