Jeremiah the manager is the sweetest. I love cold stone in general. His customer service is impeccable. Clean store. Great ice cream. I’m a rewards member for a reason. No issues ever at this location.

Great place to get a yummy frozen dessert! They have tons of ice cream options, including lactose free, as well as many toppings. The indoor seating is great in the winter and outdoor seating is nice in the summer.

Summer breeze makes me feel fine, But Coldstone ice cream makes me feel best!!! Love the creamy, smooth satin feel of Coldstone ice cream in my mouth, quenches my thirst and refreshes the heat.. 😍 Catherine is wonderful, loved that she welcomed my visiting cousin.. 😍

This place is always ROCKIN. However the ice cream makers are on point. The line moves pretty good and haven't met a rude employee at this location yet.

Great atmosphere and attitude! So live! Be careful though they are great at upselling! Which is a good thing with such service they bring forward! This cake is awesome! The decor is my own though

best place of all time, I come from a small town in Ohio and the cold-stone there had my favorite limited flavor of sweet creamy saucy ketchup. So glad to see it back since I moved away.

Went for a field trip today. The owner was awesome with the kids and everyone had a great and yummy time! Everyone loved the ice cream too.

After a failed attempt to get ice cream that wasn't already melted in an unbroken cup with our whole order where the food wasn't cold, at sonic, we went to cold stone creamery and had an amazing time. They saved the day with their excellent customer service and ice cold ice cream with toppings that blew my kids minds. We sat outside on one of their tables and enjoyed our ice cream with delight. 10/10 would recommend going here!!

My favorite ice cream hands down period!

I have to give them five stars because this is a favorite place of mine. Who doesn't love ice cream and how could an ice cream place ever get less than 5 stars. The flavors are great, especially the cotton candy flavor. I usually only get a "like it" size because the other sizes are way to big for me. This is cool spot to visit in the summer time and eat outside. I don't really eat ice cream that often during the winter, but when I do, I stop in here.

Always a friendly staff and some of the best tasting ice cream you can find anywhere. The employees sing songs occasionally and are always helpfully handing out samples. You can of course get a large variety of ice cream and mix and match to your hearts content.

Growing up Ice Cream would always be a special treat because money was extremely tight. Well...I'm all grown up with 5 grandchildren and Ice Cream is still the best special treat....just more often and it doesn't have to be a special occasion to enjoy it!!! Now I take my grandchildren and they love it as much as their Maw Maw! Everyone is always friend and having fun serving their guests. Some even give you alittle more ice cream than others. 😊So that's always a treat!!!!
I give it 5 stars...but wish you would bring back my favorite...Pistachio!!! It was the BEST!!!

Cold stone creamery is my fat kid paradise! We took our friend and her two daughters along with our daughter. It was our friends first time, she will be returning, her kiddos were amazed about how its done. The only complaint I had was that it took forever to pay, we had to ask for a cashier, and she seemed grouchy. But, hey she could have just been having a bad night. Please Stay awesome!

The store was nicely lit, and a good crowd. Was greeted promptly when I walked in. Order was made to perfection...chcoclate devotion love it size...

Every staff member was working hard, friendly, and I was asked several times if I had been helped. I tipped and got a really good bonus song!

It was decedant, totally bad for.me, but worth the $5.50!

Great topping diversity, great flavor diversity, and lively, friendly employees. This ice cream shop is top-notch, especially when you order the vanilla lite, as such is my personal favorite.
