Mad Cow

Walking into this establishment, I didn’t care much for the atmosphere which had lowered my expectations of the food. Had a group of 6. The food came quick and was very good. I had the Thai Chicken wrap with the kettle chips. It was one of the better wraps I’ve had and the chips were also very good. The I tried a few of the fries that others ordered and these were great too. I didn’t hear any complaints on the food from anyone in our group. For being a “Burger Joint”, they did well with the other options too.

Typically amazing food but this experience was less than. Burger was really over cooked for the request.... Rare came well. But it was a large party so I understand the kitchen can get s screwed up.

What a fabulous restaurant and to think this was only my first time. Everything I tried on the menu was super and I'll definitely be back. The presentation of the food was superb. The atmosphere was ok as the restaurant is one giant floor with tables scattered throughout.

We are here pretty early for dinner. Food was pretty fast and the waiter was great.
Overall the portion sizes were smaller than usual, but the pricing was on par for what you get. Wings were really good.
Our sandwiches/burgers were freaking awesome.

Mad Cow's jumbo onion rings are THE BEST onion rings I've tasted. One is so large it won't fit in your mouth. They are a meal in themselves. They are hand battered, not frozen or coated in a crumbly topping that all falls off. Do yourself a favor and try them...make them your upgraded premium side. You won't regret it. We tried a Thai wrap and their Monte Cristo. Both were excellent. We waited an awfully long time for our meals and when they finally arrived my wife's cheese curds were no longer crispy, but soggy. That was our biggest complaint. Otherwise the service was great and the food tasted delicious. We would definitely return, but maybe try to find a time when they aren't crazy busy.

came in with a friend after work and was greeted by an amazing host, sarah who sat us right away! max was our server and he was extremely helpful with helping pick us out drinks and apps. drinks were awesome made by scott the bartender. food came out fast by izzak!! caesar salad was awesome, will be coming back for the beignets again

Love this place! Very unique food options, all of them were delicious! Wife enjoyed the chicken tacos! The salmon was great and well portioned. The chicken wild rice was one of the best I've had! Also, highly recommend the duck wontons! 😋

Great food and great service. No complaints here. Will have to return to try more food. Drinks were delicious as well. Gotta try the pumpkin martini if you come and the dumplings.

Exceptional quality! Staff were very prompt to seat me at a table and attended to all of our needs for my friends and I. Loved the all day happy hour. Onion rings were huge! Love the burgers and fries. Very crispy fries and loved pretzel bites. Only 2nd time here, but I will add this to my rotation as a favorite restaurant. Support local and shop Eagan! Bartender who served us was very attentive. Also the staff who seated us, those boys deserve a raise. One of them was my server during a lunch meeting I had the first time I was in. He was also a really good server. I don't know how you find your staff, but keep up the great work! Seemed like a well oiled machine when I viewed the floor. Every staff appeared happy and in tune with serving their tables with excellence. Even the big party of 10. That group looked like they enjoyed themselves.

Baked Boursin is to DIE for! Very unique flavors together into the perfect result. Our server Dalton was extremely personable and helpful with recommendations. He refills your drinks before you even realize they’re low! The entire atmosphere is very friendly and full of fresh air.

We went to Mad Cow because someone in my foodie facebook group recommended it and dayummm it did not disappoint.

The portions are bigger than we expected so we didn't finish all our food... but still, next time we plan in aiming for weekend brunch so we can hit up both menus! 🤣

We started with the Duck Wontons, and Loaded Tots. Got the kids pizza meal for our daughter, Quesa Birria Tacos for my husband, and Burrata Ravioli for me. I took a bite of everyones food hehe. Was so delicious!!!

The sauce was so good on my portobello burger and it was such a generous size i couldn't even finish. I asked for my fries crisp and they were perfect! Abba he offered the seasoned sour cream as I hate ketchup.

What a sweet place! We were first greeted by a couple of sweet frat bros, starting our experience off with a bang. The food was also superb, and we had a very friendly server. Plus, we discovered the largest crouton of all time! Mad cow? More like super awesome and cool cow #stayreal

Buffalo Mac and cheese was delicious. Love the blue cheese crumbles. Perfect noodles.

MAD COW!! So good, so affordable, and awesome service. Max was our server, he was extremely attentive and provided great recommendations. You gotta get the beignets!

Excellent service and HIGH quality food. The establishment is super clean as well. The “Turkey Club” is really just a turkey sandwich, you have to ask for the bacon - also make sure you have a large mouth because this one is BIG - all said and done it’s a terrific taste and value! Also the Margarita Pizza is AMAZING - the sauce packs a lil spice - suuuper good!! Also had their boneless wings - SUPER TENDER AND FRESH - as was the Caesar salad!!

Love this place!! From the free cheese balls, to the amazing curly cue fries, to the amazing burgers and wings!! Highly recommend!! Our go to date night spot.

My wife and I went here for supper. We started off with the Pepperoni Meatballs. They were fantastic! I got the Wrangler Burger with tap house fries and my wife got Chicken Ceaser wrap. Food was excellent and didn’t take very long from ordering it to gettting it to the table. Server was a very nice gentleman I believe his name was Matt. Definitely check this place out!

Food was good, which reminded me why we used to go to this place.

Buffalo ranch dry rub wings had a perfect crust and seasoning! Better without ranch/ blue cheese. 5/5
A fan of aoli, the blue berry habanero aoli sauce did not stand out with the burger. The burger itself was cooked to order and overall a great burger. 4/5
