Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Airport

01/06/2024 around 6pm me and my son was dropped off here at the incorrect Embassy Suites. An employee by the name of “Phillip” was so nice to us while we waited for a new car to pick us up. I love how he went above and beyond to make sure me and my son was okay during the 10 minute wait. I love the care he showed & great customer satisfaction! I definitely recommend this hotel, the staff cares about the comfort of customers!

Had to spend the night after delayed flights. Hadn't eaten all day and was super thankful for the little corner of self-checkout items. Room was perfect and comfy. Gentleman at the desk was very kind and helpful Thank you Embassy Suites!

Rooms are very well kept, full bar and happy hour from 5:30-7 with snack bar, pool and hot tub are well kept, amazing restaurant located right inside the front lobby, and the best complimentary breakfast we’ve ever had! The price is well worth it, if you haven’t stayed here, you’re missing out!

Pretty standard Embassy Suites. The room was fairly comfortable. The bed was nice. The bathroom was a little small and felt kinda weird to have the door in the bedroom instead of in the hall. The view outside was not as good as I expected and I was disappointed that the sliding door didn't open enough to step out onto the tiny balcony. The breakfast was actually one of the best hotel buffet I have run into lately. Food was hot and tasty and there was a decent selection of the normal breakfast foods. Phillip at the front desk helped me out when my room wasn't ready when it was promised. He was able to hook me up with a complimentary upgrade to my room with free snacks and faster wifi, although I didn't really notice the wifi being any better than usual. Overall I definitely enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

If you’re looking for a GREAT hotel this is it guys. My boyfriend and I stayed here for two night and it was soooo nice. This hotel has to be the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There is a hot tub and a HEATED pool both were well kept. I’ve never had this good of hotel breakfast before, I love that you can have them make you your own omelet or eggs. They have fresh cut fruit everyday and really good muffins. My favorite part of their breakfast was it was open until about 9:30 am so you still get a good nights sleep and can be up in time for some good breakfast if you are a late sleeper like we are. Their beds were very comfortable and the room was really nice with a good view of the airport so we could see planes taking off. Although it is right next to the airport we never really heard the planes taking off at all. The bathroom is a bit small but with how much we both fully enjoyed our stay it didn’t bother us one bit. I swear there wasn’t a time where we walked into the hotel and didn’t see someone cleaning something. They keep their hotel very clean. We had problems with another hotel up the road with checking in because we are not 21 yet, I was very pleased that their check in age is at 18 and they got us a room within minutes of us calling. Trust this review cause I know many other reviews can be hard to trust but if we have a reason to go back to Bloomington I will most definitely be staying at this hotel again. Staff was VERY nice and not to mention the room service we got was incredible. The Wooleys reastraunt down stairs is really good plus there is a little snack bar down stairs that is full of really good late night snacks.

Loved this hotel! ,EZ access to Metro Rail - right in front. Plus, hotel offers Free Shuttle 😊Great Breakfast options with Cook-to-Order Eggs & typical Buffet. The nightly Manager's Reception was a sweet touch ~ Drinks & Snacks. Staff was pleasant, friendly & helpful. I'm recommending this to everyone planning a trip to Mall of America.

I can't say enough about this particular Embassy Suites!!!! I have booked rooms here in the past so that my mom doesn't have to drive an hour from home to the airport (particularly for early morning flights) and the staff as always been great to her!

But this last stay (12/3/2023) was an even more amazing than normal experience. I mistakenly made the reservation for a different Embassy Suites so when my mom and her friend got there, there wasn't a reservation. I tried calling the one I did book and NO ONE answered...front desk, reservations, OR their restaurant. Shannon B. at the front desk of the Embassy I intended on making the reservation for (Minneapolis Airport) went WAY above and beyond to help my mom (and me) with getting her a reservation and helped me cancel mine.

Thank you so much from a daughter that's 750 miles from her mom...making it difficult when trouble arises! :)

We were so happy with our experience here that we had more fun at the hotel then we did at the place we traveled here for .
Next time we're in the area there's no questions we will stay here again !

hotel was great. breakfast was spot on. great service (although my CPAP ended up on the floor every day after cleaning)

Nice upscale place to stay. Comes with handmade fruit cape and omelet. Traditional American warm breakfast bar with all kinds of drink.

Beautiful building. Every employee was helpful. Transportation to and from airport. Good food. Excellent variety of breakfast,free. Loved the stay.

Easy access to the airport and rental car center from the hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. I always stay here when I am in St Paul on business. Happy hour, breakfast included. Highly recommend.

Modern and clean facility, was great for a group conference setting. Convenient and easy travel to airport and Mall of America. Complimentary breakfast and cocktail events were top notch, and staff were welcoming and attentive.

Great place to stay for traveling. Close to the airport and the Mall of America. I would recommend staying here. We got in late, and the front desk helped us find a pizza delivery place.

The rooms are always clean and fresh. The hotel has a quiet and sophisticated atmosphere. Well lit parking lot. Courteous, professional and friendly staff.

I’ve stayed at this Embassy Suites a couple of times now, and it’s one of my favorites. As a frequent traveler and a Hilton Diamond member, I keep an eye out for several items when I stay at a Hilton.

Service: the front desk checked us into the hotel with no issues, handling large groups of business people and young sports teams with ease while they were at it. The service at the bar was also excellent.

Room Temperature: I’ve been incredibly disappointed with the climate control in a number of Hilton properties recently. This one was a breath of fresh air. I like to sleep sub 70 degrees and the room held the temp throughout the night.

Water Pressure and temp: A long day of travel requires a great shower and this hotel provided that.

This hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was hot. A pretty standard Embassy Suites that met and exceeded expectations. Highly recommend if you are spending time in the cities or flying in and out of MSP!

Great hotel, restaurant amd reception were wonderful. only issue was very warm temp in room with no way to adjust. Requested a fan which helped.

This is probably the best Embassy Suites there is in the US. The overall building is freshly updated. The rooms are clean and cool; and there must be some noise canceling material in the wall because it's very quiet. There is friendly staff everywhere you look. The cocktail hour has a plethora of options and variety of snacks. The breakfast is the best I've had in any Embassy. Shout out to the cook for cooking amazing omelets 10...yes...10 at a time to perfection. Highly recommend this for anyone.

In town for an overnight business trip. And we were concerned about being so close to the airport period we were very surprised that we did not hear any air traffic whatsoever despite the fact that the jets are flying overhead. The king suite was excellent . the entire place was updated several years ago. Breakfast was much better than anything that we've had in the past. And the crepes suzettes were extraordinary. Swimming area was clean and updated. However, the hot tub was a bit cooler than hoped for, and the jets are weak. Won't help an aching back! Beds are great.
