Walmart Auto Care Centers

I’ve always been weary about taking my car to any Walmart auto center for anything. But today, they changed my mind. This is the first time I’ve ever done it, and they exceeded my expectations. I needed tires on my car, bad. I had a slipped belt in the left front, which was causing a SEVERE wobble while driving. It was TERRIFYING to drive, especially in wet conditions. So I ordered my tires online for pickup, and then called to see if I could come in for a walk in install. They explained they were super busy, but COULD fit me in. It would just be a 2-3 hour wait. Luckily, I live close by, so I came in, dropped off my car, and got a ride home. These guys got it done in about 2 hours. It only took them about 30-40 mins once they took it back. All of them were super nice, helpful and understanding of my situation and why I was so worried about getting them replaced ASAP. I was even 1 minute past their closing time for my pick up, but I called them to let them know, and they waited for me! They were just amazing all around. And from what I can tell, they did an AWESOME job. My bf who’s a technician out at a dealership in redbud even said they look great. And he’s been a master tech for about 15 years now. I just didn’t want to drive far out and have to wait until Monday to get them out on. Lol. Awesome job guys! I’ll definitely be coming back to y’all!! ❤❤

We shop there at least once a week. The employees in the meat department are awesome. The parking lot and the store is always clean. There is always an officer sitting in the vehicle outside waiting to assist any knuckleheads.

Had Terrible service at telegraph store went to Arnold store and they fixed everything the telegraph store messed up on. Thank you Arnold location you are top notch. Keep up the good work.

This particular store is much better than any other walmart auto store I've been too. The wait was about 2 hours to get some tires, but it was Sunday and they were the only place open.

Employees were very helpful patient and no hassle experience I will definitely use them again and I bought the Douglas Tire it's wonderful it's supposed to be an all season dry wet and snow so we'll see how the snow goes but right now it's perfect

Great experience today at Walmart getting tires for the Upcoming Snowmeggedon. They didn't have the cheaper ones in stock but found me some Goodyear's great service tires look great no issues.

I went there a last week because I had a nail in my tire. I previously bought tires from there before so i thought. This day it was packed (2.5 hr wait). This didnt stop David (i believe his name) from giving me 5 star service. Checking out the tire, and seeing that i actually DID NOT get my tires from Walmart but Sams Club. He saw the tires I got was not from Walmart. He didnt just take my business. He stopped me from using their service so i wouldnt void my warranty!! I wouldnt even noticed to check. He saved me money and he stopped to help someone else while helping me. Thanks bud. I'll come back for oil changes and other services. You've gained my business.

My oil change was free as they made a mistake with someone elses bill. Waiting area was nice and employees were kind and courteous.

Ordered tires online and these guys contacted me via text upon arrival. I pulled my car in, did some shopping, and was announced over the intercom when my car was ready. In and out service in under an hour. I couldn't ask for more. I will return.

At the Arnold location the service tech named Brandon has an excellent tech he takes his time and does the job right the first time. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for tires or oil change

Great place to get batteries, with free installation and they recycle the old battery. Not to mention that they were the cheapest out of the 5 places that I checked with!!

Arnold walmart auto center does a pretty good job. Prepare to wait a while for your car to be Work On.

I had a tire pressure sensor go bad. They changed it for $30. Firestone wanted a lot more.
