Andrea is simply fantastic! I just moved to MSP and thought I had HVAC issues in my home so I called Silver Tree. Not only did Andrea stay on the line with me for nearly 30 mins trying to troubleshoot the issues (with zero obligation of me paying anything), but she called me back once she pieced things together shortly after our initial phone call. Truly amazing to see that great of customer service, and overall kindness, in 2024!!!!

I was amazed by the GREAT customer services Silver Tree provided when my furnace wasn't working the day before Christmas Eve. They were very responsive and helpful! Gordon and Jeremy were amazing, professional and did a fantastic job! This company worked diligently to make sure myself and my neighbors had heat during the sub zero temps. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Dan Schiro did a fantastic job of taking care of us this weekend! We had problems throughout the day on Saturday with our furnace and he was patient and thorough in explanation and what to expect. After getting the furnace back to a possible stable configuration Saturday, the furnace went completely out later that day. He was able to track down a part and get us taken care of the next day. I feel that he went beyond the call by working tirelessly to find the part and make sure my family had a working furnace as soon as he could. Dan is a very good part of your team and if his work ethic is anything of an example of the rest of your team we'd be happy to recommend Silver Tree service to anyone we know! Thank you!

We just remodeled our bathroom and also replaced our furnace, water heater and air conditioning unit with Silver Tree. It was a huge complicated project, but Silver Tree was amazing to work with! They were very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and completed the work as scheduled. They were also very accommodating with the many changes we had which made the process so much less stressful. We had many subs working on our project, but Silver Tree was the only company that were there when they said they would be. They put the extra effort in ahead of time so our project would go smoothly and would turn out exactly how we wanted it. We are extremely happy with the end result and attribute much of that to Silver Tree!

We had a leak at our water main shut off from a manufacturer defect. I called the emergency service number and they arrived within few hours and made the repairs in about 20 minutes. Great level of service!

Making sure the customer is happy and satisfied with the product/service and also making sure the customer knows everything is going on and is understanding what is going on from all angles and aspects.

We’ve hired Silver Tree to install a humidifier and service our furnace and AC. We got unlucky with some parts (not their fault at all) and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable every time.

Got a great price on AC and a furnace. The install was smooth and the systems do a great job of both heating and cooling. Folks who did the install were very friendly and showed up and got everything done on time.
