I have had the best experience at Camping World in Hugo. Bridget was great to work with. Very knowledgeable, not pushy and easy to talk to. All my questions were answered. I’m a new RV owner. I couldn’t have purchased my camper without the skilled work of Bridget. Not only did I buy a RV through Bridget, but my good friend decided to buy a camper van through Bridget too. Jessica, in the parts department at Hugo Camping World, has been fantastic to work with on an issue regarding a shelf for a refrigerator camping world replaced in our TT. My husband contacted her after not hearing back from another person in their department. Jessica has followed through by ordering the shelf, shipping it to our home, and keeping us informed on the progress. It is a pleasure to have great customer service. Jessica provided that for us.

Upgraded our camper this year, had a small water leak once we got it all set up. We called the sales manager and the service department and they arrange to have a technician fix the repair.
It was an easy process, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable.
We were very impressed with how quickly we received service!

This is the place to go for your Recreational Vehicles! The showroom is nice, the exterior boasts several RV's to choose from! The building is log cabin style complete with wildlife displays. Clean restrooms, friendly service.

We had a GREAT experience buying our camper at the Hugo Camping World. Staff, specifically Maria (our sales person) and Kyle (finance) we're exceptional- attentive, great communication, and somehow made all of this come together for us.

If you're looking for a camper go to these two they are the best, I sadly tried elsewhere first and was extremely disappointed. WOW is all I can say. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. We had the best experience. I even said some to a bunch of the employees as we were walking to do a walk thru in our new camper and later when we were done doing paperwork several of them came into the office with a surprise. UPDATE: January-February 2024: These guys are still AMAZING!! Being military and moving A LOT and home interest rates being ridiculous...we decided to look into downsizing into a 5th wheel or park model for our upcoming move to the east coast. We were lucky enough to work with Stacey again!! Just like before she was so much fun to hang out with and compare all the options available. She even set us up with a link to the RV show in Minneapolis to get tickets and check out lots of models inside!! We unfortunately won't need to do business with Camping World of Hugo...again! We had a blessing of a deal fall into our laps that we couldn't say no to with a house. We can't thank Stacey enough for all the help, she was even as excited for us as we were when we told her about how the situation changed! We will forever keep Stacey and the crew at Camping World of Hugo as the first recommendation to anyone wanting to work with some AMAZING folks and get a great deal!

2022: We did not wind up buying a unit from Camping World of Hugo, but I still wanted to write a review. Chris Paape helped us back in October to put our travel trailer on consignment on their lot, with more than fair terms if our rig sold. When looking at their inventory online 3/17/22 my husband saw they had a used class A that was really close to what we would like to upgrade into from our travel trailer. Stacey Davis was AWESOME!! Friendly, personable, patient, and just a joy to hang out with. We went on a test drive and decided to discuss terms. With some back and forth with Jason Holmgren, sales manager, we all came to terms that would benefit all involved and again were super fair! We however found a unit we absolutely fell in love with elsewhere. We stopped by and let them know and they were so excited for us finding the unit we love even though it wasn't with them....seriously that is some AMAZING customer service. The service department helped get our travel trailer, that was on consignment and buried behind a few other trailers out on the lot. The entire staff we saw on 3/19/2022 were accommodating, friendly, and supportive. Deb, receptionist, was friendly and fun to chat with too. If you are in the market for a camping unit you should definitely see the folks at Camping World of Hugo...friendly small town feeling and treatment! Keep up the great work you guys!!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Camping World in Hugo, Minnesota. Our sales person Bridget was amazing and walked us through the process. The entire team at this location was helpful. We bought a Coleman 17B and absolutely love it. This dealership location is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. You definitely get a sense of a smaller family owned operation versus a large corporation. I would definitely recommend Camping World in Hugo, MN. From start to finish, walking in the door to view campers, to the day we drove away with our new camper, the whole experience was very positive.

Helped a friend research and then purchase an RV at Camping World in Hugo. It was a very good experience, over all. Big inventory to choose from. Josh, our salesman, was terrific. He was very responsive to questions, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Service area was large and well equipped. Worth the trip.

Our salesman Christian was awesome. He made the experience of picking out a camper fun. He did not pressure us. He just wanted us to be happy with our purchase.
The only thing we were not entirely happy about was that our brand new, never been used camper was not as “brand new clean” as we would have liked. The first thing I had to do was sweep upon entering. That being said though. The experience of buying our camper from Camping World was a very good one.
