Nick is your guy to talk to! He is knowledgeable and not pushy. If he doesn’t know the answer he gets it, no BS’ing. He was super patient with us and a few weeks later we walked out with our very first RV (travel trailer to start!) super happy with our experience, will be going back to Nick when we want to upgrade to a fifth wheel!

My husband and I went to Gander RV of Nashville, TN because we were wanting to up grade from our pop up. We really didn’t know what to expect or what we wanted because we had never been to a place like this. But what we did know is that we wanted to look and didn’t want to be pressured to buy until we are ready. When we met our sales person Mike and we informed him of that and I figured he was going to tell us to look around and he would be there if we had any questions, but that is not what he did! He took us out and showed us many campers and may I add it was raining like crazy, but he didn’t mind. He made sure we understood what was different about each one, he answered all questions we had and he never pressured into buying once. We took our list of likes and thought about it for a couple of weeks and even went to a few other dealers to see if they had other options and they did but the personal service was not the same as Mike treated us while at Gander RV of Nashville. So we took our list back to Gander RV and asked for Mike and once again he was there happy to help he didn’t rush us, he answered and explained our questions and concerns very well! He found us the most perfect camper and it had all of our wants plus more he was able to get the payments where we wanted them too! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Literally every person we encountered at Gander RV of Nashville was so nice and friendly and very knowledgeable too and we truly appreciated it. We felt that we were completely taken care of and we will definitely do business here again!

I worked with Tyler and Desiree and received exceptional service with both of them. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect. I did not purchase a unit through their location as I live quite a distance from Tennessee but Tyler remained pleasant, understanding, and gracious throughout despite the fact that he didn't make the sale. I don't know how Gander picks their staff, but they are doing it right. Thank you!

Dully was our salesperson and he was fantastic; even came in on his day off the close the deal. He showed us what we wanted to look at and didn't pressure us to look at other models. The whole process was smooth. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The gentleman that gave us the final walk through was top-notch (can't remember his name). Gander RV is great. The folks there are always pleasant, friendly and helpful. Yesterday was an especially nice experience when we stopped in as we had the pleasure of meeting Christopher Spencer. He walked up with a smile on his face and introduced himself as Spencer. An absolutely exceptional young man, great manners, great listener and great communicator! I needed a circuit breaker for the 120 volt power in my 5th wheel.
I had gone to a hardware store and 2 big box home improvement stores and they didn't have what I needed.
I gave them the old one and they came back with exactly what I needed.
They also gave me a few helpful hints.
I will go back there when I need anything.

Such an awesome buying experience. Mike was super friendly the minute we entered the door making sure he catered us and our needs. He really made buying such an ease for us. He really listens to people and what they need in a camper. Larry was our sales manager and he went above and beyond to make sure we got a great deal and felt comfortable with our choices. He really knows how to make people feel comfortable and welcome. Our finance was even easy. Nothing about shopping here was difficult and honestly it was the best experience of our trip. Such an awesome team you guys have. I highly recommend them for anyone ready to buy. Sales, finance, walk through all awesome!

I'm very satisfied with the great service and work they have done on my 2020 Montana. I would highly recommend Jacob and the service team to work on your camper.

I wish I could leave two separate reviews for sales and everything else. Sarah was amazing. I think she is a sweet person and I enjoyed buying from her. Also the guys who sold us the accessories and did our walk through was great.
However, after the sale everything was different. They ran my credit 5 times without telling me we needed to shop around. I have excellent credit so I had no idea it would be an issue (because they said it wouldn't) until I got 5 separate alerts that my credit was being ran. I would have liked just some communication. We paid $150 an hour for 3 hours of washer and dryer install. We got it home and the water wasn't even turned on. We had to take the door off, pull the dryer down, and then pull the washer out and then put it all back. I called service and complained about the install and the sensor on the black tank not working. Not a single word about the wasted money we paid for installation of washer and dryer. Not an apology or anything. They just said this is our earliest available appointment we can look at the black tank sensor. And I was like and the washer.....?? He said we will look at it. Someone needs to review the service standards for the company.

Making a large purchase is generally not the easiest thing to do. The team at Gander RV, however, made the process really easy and overall pleasant for my husband and me.

Ryan, our sales guy was terrific. We shared with him how we were planning on using our camper and what are towing capabilities were. He did a great job of showing us all of our options, was super patient while we discussed the pros and cons of each, and after 2 hours we settled on the one we loved.

Larry, the sales manager, did a great job of answering a few of our lingering questions and worked with us to negotiate our final price. As a sales guy myself for 15+ years, I especially appreciated the low pressure environment.

Kevin, our technician, gave us a full run through on how everything worked and had no issue showing us a few things more than once. We left fully aware of how the unit operated and felt extremely confident driving our first camper of the lot and heading to the campground. (I had a lot of anxiety going into this but it was actually really easy - thanks Kevin!)

Jason, the finance guy, allowed us to ask questions and was patient while we took the time we needed to fully understand what we were signing and what additional things we decided to buy or not.

Overall, a great experience - if anyone is serious about starting a new lifestyle or upgrading your current RV I encourage you to start with Gander RV!

We purchased a new camper and we are in love. Tyler was our salesman and he was amazing. He's such a down to earth guy who didn't push us to do anything. He answered all of are questions plus more. Everyone at Gander RV was a pleasure to work with.

Overall I am satisfied with the how the crew at Gander handled our purchase. It was a little bumpy at the start with communication, but we ironed it all out and ended up with a beautiful travel trailer. Thank you to John from sales, and Jeff from finance for helping to make this happen.
