We couldn't be happier with the job PCS Residential did on our home. Right from the start they sent the best of the best Nate Kenner to review the damage to our home done by hail. Nate came back out to meet personally with our insurance claims adjuster. Being a former claims adjuster himself, Nate was able to point out things that most contractors would miss in the claims process. Once we were approved for a total roof replacement and partial siding replacement, Nate advocated with our insurance company for a fill siding replacement because our old siding was unmatchable. Nate came through!! Once we were approved to proceed, Brandy Madsen became our project manager. Brandy is a ROCK STAR at what she does. You can clearly see she loves her job, takes enormous pride in what she does and does it better than anyone. Our on-site construction manager was Cole Nyberg for both the roof and siding projects. Again, amazing at what he does. He sees the detail items that most others would miss. Again, the whole process for us was amazing thanks to PCS Residential of Eagan, MN.

We had hail damage to our roof and windows. PCS worked with our insurance company and did a fantastic job from start to finish! They assured us from the beginning that our complete satisfaction was their goal. They did not disappoint! Their crews did a great job and their project manager and office staff were always quick to respond. I truly can't say enough about their workmanship and customer service!! I highly recommend! You won't be disappointed!!

He went to bat for me with my insurance company and wouldn’t take no for an answer.. the new windows look fantastic and THEY ALL OPEN!! I worked with Jon from PCS in Eagan after hail/wind damage came through our area and totaled out my roof. Jon made the process extremely easy, and was very flexible in meeting with me, and took the time to help me understand the entire process from working with insurance which was especially helpful as a first time home buyer. Jon helped advocate with our insurance company for some additional funds to cover the full replacement of our roof, and after some patience with our insurance, we received a new roof very quickly. PCS also connected and shared regarding the warranty information too which was helpful, and greatly appreciated!

PCS Renewal was absolutely fantastic to work with. I'd been saving money to replace my windows and had a long way to go before I could afford to do so. Chris Ahlquist from PCS stopped by after a hailstorm. Chris is extremely knowledgeable about all things windows, rooves and siding. I was skeptical when Chris identified hail damage to the windows and indicated that there was a strong likelihood they could be replaced through insurance. When i started to hear that my neighbors were getting windows replaced, i filed a claim. Chris walked me through every step of the process. Things went exactly as he said they would. He recommended some window options (awning windows, grids, etc.) we had not even knew existed. Everyone i had contact with at PCs and the installation crew were top notch. Insurance replaced 18 of 19 windows.
Thank you, Chris. Thanks to your efforts, I was able to retire a year sooner than anticipated and spend the window money I had been saving on retirement travel. I'd call upon you again in a heartbeat for any window, siding and roofing needs.
This review is being written later than I meant to, but It's been on my to-do list since the day the beautiful windows were installed.

PCS recently replaced our windows due to storm damage. From meeting with us in our home to review our options to installing the windows, we have been very satisfied with their work. Brandy has been a very responsive, detailed Project Manager, following up on details and quick to respond to our questions. This was a challenging job since we are in an association with many different players and needs and we feel very fortunate that they took such good care of us.

We worked with PCS for roofing and siding replacement after hail damage . They were fantastic! Super responsive team all the way around . After Chris left Ethan picked up my job and he was super to work with ! Highly recommend this company.

This was a large project for us that included all of our windows and 1 patio door and PCS came thru and delivered on every detail, while making it easy on our family. PCS Residential recently installed all new windows and a slider in my home. The whole process was surprising smoother than I anticipated. Kyle invited us to their showroom in Eagan and explained the different window and trim options they provide through Marvin and Pella. He was very knowledgeable yet still able to take to us in terms that we could understand. We ultimately decided on Marvin Integrity All-Ultrex casement windows with no grids. Shortly after, the "Pauls" came out to the home to accurately measure every window and the opening for the slider. A 1/3 deposit was required up front with the remaining 2/3 due upon completion. We paid the deposit on October 9, 2019 and was quoted 6-8 weeks for the windows to be manufactured and installed. The install occurred over two days on Nov 25-26. Aaron, and his crew of 5-6 guys arrived promptly and worked from about 8:00-5:00 each day. During the install of the slider, some of the wood siding needed to be replaced due to rot. The crew coordinated with a local supply company and was able to the get the siding without delay! A couple weeks after the install, their in-house painter, Brandon, came over and was able to paint all the trim and fix the minor imperfections within 5 hours. Overall, we are very impressed with PCS, their crew and contractors, and especially the window quality. In going from double hung Weathershield windows (with grids) to clear Marvin casements, the difference is night and day. I would definitely recommend PCS Residential for any window need.

We had PCS do our roof last month due to storm damage. I worked with Jonathan Dahl to get the ball rolling and found him to be super easy to work with, followed up quickly with any questions and then came back out once the roof was complete to walk the yard for nails with his big magnet. We had a couple stumbling blocks along the way, nothing major, but Kevin Pomerenke who was the project manager was also prompt to come out, address our concerns and made sure everything was handled the way we wanted it. Overall a positive experience and I'd surely call them again.

PCS Residential was a great company to do business with. Chris Ahlquist led us through the entire process to replace our storm damaged windows. The quality of the windows and skill of the installers was excellent! Our interior stain was difficult to match and PCS worked with us until it was perfect! We weren't aware that we had recent storm damage when Bryan Freeland of PCS Residential came by to see if we were still happy from work his company had previously done. He inspected our roof and windows, suggesting we contact our insurance inspector. We ended up getting our roof and several windows replaced. Bryan was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable, throughout the whole process. He was very good at communicating, especially regarding some minor supply chain issues. This was our second time working with PCS Residential and we appreciate the ease of working with them, the high quality of work, and workers who clean up the job site well. We highly recommend Bryan Freeland and PCS Residential.

I had an excellent experience with PCS who worked with my insurance company to get my roof replaced after insurance initially provided a limited settlement. My experience with the installation of the new roof was just as good. The company did an excellent job with the installation and clean-up, was very professional and performed the work in a timely manner. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend PCS Residential for those with roofing needs.

PCS was great to work with on finding out original siding color! The did excellent work, were clean and courteous! They are also great working with your insurance company!
