Ms. Candace is absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and sweet. She makes sure that you are more than happy with your choice of hair. I'm from Ohio. My fiance and I drive truck and found this place on the way through Minnesota. I am a first timer with wigs and she made me soooo very comfortable.

Ms. Candace you are truly a light, such a gem. You have to be my favorite business owner and OptimismIC has to be my favorite business. You have such class and grace, always treating your customers AND their families like your own. You were made for this. I don’t live in Minnesota so sadly I can’t stop in store, but I always make sure to order online AND (she always ships your orders super fast) lol. I love it, I love her! I wandered into this whimsical store and was infatuated with everything I saw! The ambiance and the service was second to none! I bought some things and was given a free gift and my purchase wrapped in the color of my choice like who does that anymore right?!! I felt pampered and cherished and that is exactly how I want to feel when I am treating myself! Go in and experience service that is second to none and reasonable prices for today’s economy. I live far away but I will certainly plan on going there often! I hope you do too!

Didn't know that wig shopping could be a lot of fun! The owner who helped had a wonderful personality. She put me at ease and knew her product. There was a great selection, both expensive and more affordable. Bought one wig and ordered another! Store has easy access and available parking.

I’m so thankful I found this place! I had gotten the worse hair cut ever today and felt so ugly and cried so much. Thanks to the person who was there (so sorry, I didn’t get her name) but she was so great, so wonderful! She helped me feel beautiful again. I know nothing about wigs and how to put them on. She helped me pick one out, helped me put it on. I’m so happy. I bought the wig with real hair and will be wearing it until my hair grows out. Thank you so much!

The lady who helped us today was amazing! I think she was the owner since she threw in a free toy for my little girl! We purchased 2 wigs, a blonde and a purple. They are perfect! Only $100 for 2 long wigs and we got sunglasses, 3 berets, and a toy! Customer service is the BEST. Make sure you have your ID tho if you are paying with a card. If we ever need more wigs, we will come here!

I’m telling you gentleman my wife was so happy when I got her a gift basket from here, it’s very unique , custom cards and wrapping, and it’s bound to have something she likes. Do yourself a favor stop by there , tell the lady your wife’s favorite color and even if you don’t need it now it’s the perfect gift to put a smile on her face at the next holiday ,or next time you mess up. Check their hours ahead of time and prepare for a pleasant shopping experience.

The young woman that own the shop is very nice she give out little gifts bag's with some lovely things in it she has give me a gown one time I came in and she gave me a bracelet it was very lovely her business is very clean the store is very organized she has some of the lovely jewelry some awesome wigs different colors some clothing some sensual oils you should come check her out an old man's middle-aged men's and young man's if you want to get your wife or your sweetheart something nice and not that much money come check her out I guarantee you you'll be happy you did and your woman is going to love it I have bought a couple of things from her for my granddaughter and she loved them all sincerely Willie Mae Brown

I finally had my chance to visit Optimismic since I’m working all the time. It was very hard to leave the store because of the variety of items they have. I guarantee you will find something you like in this store. Very nice environment. I visit more frequently now.
