About two weeks ago someone hit me then ran, needless to say it was an upsetting event, especially with it being my first accident. I knew I did not want to take my car to a dealership, but I had no idea where to go. I picked Lochmoor after reading some of the reviews online. Rick, the owner, is AWESOME, such a nice guy. I dropped my vehicle off to the shop on a Monday morning and the Enterprise on 9 & Kelly gave me 30 min wait time until they could pick me up. I asked Rick if I could hang out until they could swing by to get me. Rick spoke up and said he would take me down to the Enterprise with a wait time like that...talk about awesome customer service! The work his team did on my car was amazing and the customer service he provided was topnotch. If you ever need body work done on your vehicle go to Lochmoor!

I really liked Rick and his quote turned out to be spot on. Evidently he has over 40 years in the auto repair business. Lochmoor was one of two places recommended by my insurance adjuster who once had a collision business himself. I eventually took my car to the other repair place but it was a 50/50 decision.

My car came back on time, under budget, and looked great! Couldn’t ask for more. I would definitely come back, but hopefully will never have to. Thanks for a job well done!

I got my car back very dusty inside and damage in the bumper when i told the owner he was very upset telling me that didnt happen there I said yes it did he started to raise his voice , I have my 2 grandkids with me
