Kroger

On January 19th I picked up a cake order for my party scheduled for 7pm that evening. I got there to view the cake and it wasn't what I ordered, and the writing on the cake was incorrect as well. I appreciate that even though the experience was horrible the manager apologized and corrected the issue with the cake. They went the extra mile to win my satisfaction and for that I will give them five stars.

I was very happy with the cake that I ordered from the bakery here. My order was was taken down correctly and the cake decorater did exactly what I wanted. It really came out more beautiful than I expected. Thank you Kroger bakery and I love the sunflowers 🌻 I would recommend you to others for beauty and taste. 😊

The 5 stars is for Brandon the grocery clerk! You are great and I hope Kroger recognizes that as well, through their actions, by promoting you. You exemplified the traits of a General Manager at the very least. Hopefully, Keith puts in a good word for you!

Visiting from Ohio. Store is quite large. Aisles are great size. Fresh fruit and vegetable selection was very good. Plenty of check out lanes open although I did self checkout and had no waiting.

This Kroger exceeded my expectations by having enough staff to open an ample number of checkout lanes to accommodate the influx of customers today. Thank you!

The store was well stocked for what I was shopping for. Bought a rotisserie chicken which was excellent.

I ALWAYS shop at Kroger. Love their product selection, quality, sales, personnel.

This particular Kroger is super nice and also has a very helpful and great staff.

I have only shopped inside one time and done pick up service about 3 times since they opened. I have always been impressed with their professionalism and courteous behavior. I know recently they have been short staffed so I am accepting of the slow lines and less stock out. We all need to be more compassionate when dealing with service people right now. They are not responsible for the change in hours at the deli and bakery counter or the fact that there is only certain amount of registers open.

5 stars just from my experience cashing out with Iyana. I have 4 kids (2 being toddlers) and my experience with the general public towards rambunctious kids is not always pleasant but she was so kind & fast! Give that girl a raise!

There's an employee that works there by the name of Crystal that I owe so much thanks and will be eternally grateful for! I was shopping with my 9 yr old daughter (that was sitting in the cart) and while I was looking at the rotisserie chicken, my daughter Willow began smacking my hand. I looked at her and said "what?" Her eyes were big, face turning red and pointed at her throat. I glanced down n saw the bag of grapes by her and said "oh my God are you choking????" She nodded yes I grabbed her from the cart and started the Heimlich maneuver, Crystal came running over and asked if we were OK and I said "no, she's choking!" I asked Willow, "can you breath?" She nodded no... Crystal grabbed her and started the Heimlich, a couple thrusts and an entire grape popped out of Willows mouth. I was hysterical and started hugging Crystal and thanking her. She got Willow a glass of water. I can't thank you all enough for employing such an amazing, life saving associate! She is a remarkable asset to your company! Please acknowledge her, she deserves so much recognition for what she did! I can't even think about what could have happened had she not helped us. Thank her again from me for saving my daughter! I usually wait in my vehicle until my lady and her son shops due to my heart condition. I've been inside on a couple of occasions and it is huge! The food is fresher and they tend to have a larger variety than a few of their other stores, such as the Grosse Point location.
What I may never understand is why people drive so fast in crowded parking lots? Stupidity, I suppose?!!?

This is a beautiful store. The biggest selection of items in the area. There are a few Krogers stores available within about a mile or two of my house but this location will be my new go to store. Its huge. There is a great selection of every item, the shelves are always stocked, and the staff is really nice. This store is probably one of the nicest grocery stores in the area!!!!

Kanika was my cashier! She was the most delightful and caring person I have met in this Krogers. She used a few of her coupons which reduced my grocery bill at check out. Thank you Kanika and Merry Christmas to you and your family!!!!

I simply love this new Kroger store on Harper at nine mile. Fresh produce is really fresh!! The store is clean, and offers many products for the home shopping experience. Discounts on food daily!

Today was my first day of grocery shopping at this location. I liked the way the isles are clearly marked. The check out was a breeze even being the third person in line. The cashier was super friendly!

Went grocery shopping I love shopping here they always got fresh produce and a good selection of everything else and their prices are affordable
