Tops Tavern

4/2/24 Update: Tops - under new management - still a nod to our Fighting Irish! Restaurant was clean and had some nice upgrades (flooring, extra tables). Kids corner is gone which was a bummer but it's more upscale of a place without it. No beer license as of my visit a week ago but sounds like they are working on it.
The food: we really enjoyed the food quality and taste! Portions were perfect too! Pastas have homemade sauce from what I could tell! Cajun dish could use more spice and the tortellini could use less but other than that, a great meal! Cheese curds were delicious :)
New owner is wonderful and wants to please the community. Please come back out to Tops and check out the updated menu and fresh ingredients made with love!

I stopped in on a whim and had a gyro sandwich with a fresh Greek salad. Both were excellent and the price was reasonable. The Sundays Only Ecuadorian breakfast menu looks wonderful so I will be back this Sunday to give it a try.

The place is neat and clean and I was warmly greeted by the new owner.

Definitely worth a try if you haven't been there before.

Full disclosure it’s not the same flavor as the original owner. With that being said, still the food was great. Service was good, new owners were very friendly. We will definitely be going back!

Recently reopened with new ownership! My group enjoyed their delicious Sunday Ecuadorian menu. Everything we ordered was amazing and the service was great. Highly recommend you give this place a try. Can’t wait to return to try out some other menu items.

Tops Tavern is the best place to go for some delightful food. The employees were so very nice and caring, this is the best place to have a big sports team or just a big family gathering! I think you all would love it as much as I did! But I would suggest coming soon because it's closing soon.

We absolutely adore this place! The burgers and pizzas here are simply the best! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the chef's skills are truly amazing!

Date night with hubby. We had the Tops Special Pizza and cheese bread. The food was very tasty. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back.

I came here to try out the wings and liked them so much that I had to order more to go. I tried both mango habanero and buffalo, and would recommend the buffalo. Barkeep was cool and told me about the local beers.

I was impressed. Excellent food, awesome service. I will be back again. Prices are very reasonable! I would recommend this place.

New owners now but the menu is fairly similar, so still the same good food. I think they're going to work in some other ethnic cuisines eventually too. Also, hours are expanded again so they're open for lunch again.

Very good service with our large party. Awards banquet for the girls in baton class. Organized and easy with food delivery and payment. Very good food.

Great friendly service! Nothing fancy, but they food was hot and delicious! Would definitely recommend, will be coming back soon..

This place is fantastic!!! What a great place. The food is phenomenal, The people are great. Their philly is the best one I have ever had. A must go!!

Great service, tasty pizza and a full bar. This is a cozy local restaurant but also has very good food. We had sauerkraut on our pizza and nice MN beer. One of the owners stopped by to check on our pizza. He suggested trying their 'Grappa', an excellent italian drink. Fun! Hometown nice, great food and something new. Many thanks, we will be back.

Husband went here and said it was one of the best Philly cheesesteaks he’s had! My son was equally impressed. Small town vibe but hidden suburb gem.

Good food and great pizza crust. Had the boys play in yhr grass next to the patio and had a great time.

Found this place through a google search and LOVED it! My sister, mom and I came Sunday for lunch and it was delicious! Has that local food & atmosphere feeling and it is amazing. Service was so attentive and kind, the owner was so kind and check on us! We will definitely be coming back, and will even bring friends to hang out in the comfy section with a good beer!! So glad we found this place!

First time ordering with new ownership - CL pizza pepperoni and sausage - steaming hot - super good - very greasy but highly recommend 👍

Great place feels like family ever one works together even the young kids super pellet and good kinde people even super clean place and very good food!

Tops Tavern reminds me of the small town pizzeria I worked at as a teen. It has good vibes and good food.

We got two small pizzas. One gluten free vegetarian and a pepperoni. The vegetarian was loaded with toppings and the crust was crisp. The pepperoni had a perfect amount of pepperonis.

We also got two apps. Tater tots and chicken strips. The chicken strips were for my kiddo as her meal. She said they were pretty good. The tots were very crispy. Some of the best thoughts I've ever had from a restaurant.

The service was good with all of the employees being helpful and friendly.
