Campanelle Restaurant & Bar

We made the side trip here on a whim after checking Google Maps for restaurants our way back home from the cities. After a quick peruse of the reviews we exited the interstate and we are SO glad we did. We arrived after lunchtime, but there were several people sitting at the bar.
My husband had the lasagna, I had the meatball skillet, our two kids had some type of Mac & cheese, I can't remember the exact name of it.
The owner visited our table and was super informative. They make their noodles there at the restaurant and with every bite it was obvious to us it is worth the trouble they put into making homemade noodles.
Our waitress was friendly and on the ball with drink refills. We were there on a Wednesday so it was half price bottles of wine. They also have craft beer.
They have an impressive array of rubber ducks on display and our son immediately ordered a couple hockey players ducks off Amazon and had them mailed to the restaurant. I recommend bringing your own to add to their collection.
All in all it was a WONDERFUL stop with great food, drinks, and conversation. We highly recommend stopping by!

I got the chicken parmigiana pasta skillet and can I just say it looks amazing ! And god does it taste even better than it looks ! I tried the jacks apple pie cocktail before my food and I took a picture of the description of the drink because , I will for sure be wanting to make this for the girls Christmas party tomorrow ! The drink in the picture is the voodoo margarita and what can I say you can’t really go wrong with a spicy marg ! I’m obsessed ! 8.9 out of 10 ! Definitely recommend 🩵

Stopped on a whim after seeing it be built during Covid. Very glad we did.
They had us at "homemade pasta"! 🥰
They were busy when we stopped and we only saw three people out front working the whole show! They did an excellent job and we were in no hurry anyway-date night!
We each had a skillet and ordered a small. They were perfect. Wine and a beer and we were good. Only thing we thought maybe would make it better would be some dipping oil with seasoning for our bread slices. But did not affect our meals at all.
We will definitely be back again!

Great spot. My husband and I came for lunch on a whim and we're very impressed with the food.

He had one of the sandwiches, which looked great. I had the chicken parmesan skillet and it was delicious. Definitely recommend their orange wit on tap.

Owner was great, very personable, and fun to chat with. Would highly recommend and will be back.

What an amazing restaurant. The owner and staff are the friendliest folks, around! They made our kiddos (2 1/2, 11 months, and 11 years old) comfortable and made it a fun experience for them, too.

The pasta is handmade daily, and you can most definitely taste that - Extremely delicious!

The food was out of this world, incredible! We had their baked pasta offerings, and weren't disappointed - We want to try all of them, as they all look delectable!

The sea salt fries are literally the best "french" fries I've ever had. Worth the visit for those, alone!

Furthermore, they have wonderful NA selections for folks who don't consume alcohol (please keep these, and expand them, I have many friends that will visit just to have a place to consume NA drinks).

This is our new favorite spot, and we will definitely be back with more people!

Second visit but photos are from both visits. Delicious wings, the sauces are good. Plan on trying all of them. The ice cream drinks were a lot of fun to try. Deep fried ravioli were delicious. Pasta bakes are the way to go. Customer service the first time was lacking a lot. This time however Samuel was perfect. So personable. He was a great waiter. Really enjoyed having him as our server tonight. He really made our experience tonight.

Extremely friendly staff and owner! Food was outstanding, we will absolutely be back. We stopped in for a quick dinner for our anniversary with our newborn and they even gave him a rubber duck 😄

The food was amazing! I got the parm chicken sandwich and added the Italian Fries. Chicken was cooked perfectly and the marinara was fabulous. I ate it open faced, trying to cut down carbs and it was still amazing. I shared the fries with the husband and we both liked that they were seasoned well and thick cut.
We will definitely return!

Amazing food! Ordered the thunderstruck chicken wings and the Bourbon Peppercorn Burger. The wings had a spicy tangy flavor. Very delicious. They also have great happy hours as well. Definitely a great place with amazing food.

Kent and his staff are an amazing group of people who treat their customers like family. This was our first and only visit (thus far) but we definitely be back. The drinks were terrific and the food was delicious. We had a great time!

I love coming to Campanelle. It has good service. Great food! The options are fantastic for me as someone who needs gluten free choices. If your looking to take out, get something quick or sit down and have an enjoyable evening all are great options at canpenelle!

This place is small with a sports bar vibe, and clean and well kept. I don't think it reflects the food though which was DELICIOUS and definitely more than what I'd expect from that vibe! We had the fried meatballs which were well seasoned and had a great texture from being fried. We also had the supreme Italiano skillet and the noodles were cooked perfectly and the ingredients well balanced. Finally, we had the Italian fries which are French fries with a seasoning similar to what's on Pizza Hut breadsticks and were super yummy. My husband and I shared all of this for about $38 (before tip) and it was the perfect amount (we have a small amount leftover) and worth it to us. We will be back for sure and will recommend it to others!

Great food, great service, great place. We came in half expecting a loud bar and something quick, but were pleasantly surprised by the nice atmosphere. Our server was super nice and easy to talk to, the skillets we got were good portions, and the pastas were amazing. We will definitely need stopping back in!

Went for lunch today after drooling over a friends post. I had the baked lasagna and it was it out of this world phenomenal. The service was amazing and the place was very clean. I would be surprised if they aren’t needing to expand soon.

Both of us had the skillet sandwiches - delicious. Our server was excellent. We're looking forward to our return.

I must say that this was one of the best dining out experiences my wife and I have had in quite a while. Great food and service from people that appreciate you being there instead of the more typical 'You are so lucky to be spending money here and having me wait on you..' kind of vibe.
We loved it, and we will be going back.

Campanelle's a great family friendly establishment. I had the CBR pasta. My mom had gulten free pasta and it was really good! I might try it next time. The French fries were super good too!

I was very pleased with my first visit. Curbside was great and on time when I arrived. It's hard to rate sometimes because you are basing it off of food you have brought home to eat and not fresh in the restaurant so I am a little forgiving on things. That said we ordered the Lemoncello wings and they were sweet and tangy and crispy. Very tasty and I am ready to try the other flavors but this was unique. I don't want to say it is like LeeAnn chin but the sauce is like the lemon chicken sauce there and that's ok but it is. We got the Poppin Chicken Jalapeno and The Cure for mains. Both were good and again are looking forward to trying something different there. So many options! I will say The Cure did not disappoint! We will be back and look forward to dining in sometime.

Tried wings for takeout from here. Voodoo (dry rub) and Jester (wet). Both great flavors. Also, very friendly staff for their last takeout order on a weeknight!

I was worried about going hotter. Don't be. Neither are as spicy as your average Sriacha bottle, as a baseline.

I will get the Voodoo wings again and try another dry rub flavor if getting takeout. The Jester is good flavor but didn't travel as well - got a little soggy before home. Not boneless wings, regular!

The wings are very tasty, as are the pastas, sandwiches, and the authentic Chicago dog! I enjoy the bee sting traditional wings, and always get a side of tots.

The staff and owner are very friendly!
