This was an appointment for a regular cleaning. Best job and lightest touch I've ever had (I'm inn my 60's).
Love the friendly staff.
Only drawback is the size of the chairs. I'm over 6' tall.

Best dentist clinic in the county! Dr Ross has been our dentist for over twenty years. He has always taken care of our family. Truth is any doctor at this clinic is especially great! Highly recommend 😁

Norwood dental is full of a friendly staff. The doctors are great. They take the time with you and listen. I am one that is not a fan of going to the dentist and they all just make it so comfortable and great experiences for me.

Norwood Dental is the BEST dental office. From the smiling faces that greet you at the door (Deb, Sara, Karrie, Jan) to the super competent dental hygenists/assistants all the way to Dr. Ross - you are in great hands here. They are all very receptive to your questions and to making you feel comfortable. Dr. Ross even calls the next day to make sure everything is great. When you get novacaine, Dr. Ross takes his time so there is no pain! This is the kind of treatment everyone wants! I can't say enough good about them and I've been going over 20 years!

I always receive great care from the dentist, the hygienist and the scheduling staff. Each staff member always makes me feel so welcomed and comfortable.

Compassionate and gentle care. Had bad experiences as a child when novocaine was considered a luxury! Absolutely pain free.

For the last 12 years my husband and I drive from the Bemidji, MN area to visit Norwood Dental. Dr. Ross is the absolute best at his job and always makes sure we are comfortable and well taken care of. The front desk staff is extremely helpful. They promptly greet you, answer any questions and quickly get you checked out and on your way. The assistants and hygienist's are very caring and thorough and work well with the Dr. The comradery here is certainly evident. I have tried other local clinics since our move, but I am a loyal client because this is where I feel the most comfortable thanks to all the wonderful care by the amazing staff!!
