Mid-Town Family Restaurant

We hadn't been to Mid-Town in 30 years, and many memories came back after arriving. We ordered breakfast, and we ordered the Steak and Eggs. Everything was prepared perfectly. We will return.

Great food and friendly staff. We are always looking for traditional American cafes with a local twist. Mid-Town is exactly what we like in a local cafe. Excellent value for the money.

Dont judge a book by its cover. Very affordable ma and pa . Bacon cheeseburger with fries didnt have a drop of grease on them. Very good!

A somewhat rare find for those with food sensitivities/limitations...gluten free bread, egg salad without onions, and simple seasonings! Somewhat dark and outdated interior is compensated by like-family friendly service!

This is a classic case of don't judge a book by its cover! We have lived in the area for nearly 5 years and drove by Mid-Town Family Restaurant often, but never stopped because we feared it wouldn't be worth it.

Oh how wrong were we!! Despite its slightly disheveled exterior & it's dark and mishmash & dated interior, Mid-Town Family Restaurant is the small town, mom & pop, greasy spoon kinda cafe we had been looking for!

My entire family & I found the food to be really tasty & we gobbled up as much of the large portion sizes as our stomachs allowed us to enjoy! The waitress was super nice & we enjoyed chatting with her! We are definitely going to go back, and are kicking ourselves for not trying out the place sooner!!

Service was very friendly. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was very comfortable. If I'm ever in the area i will definitely be stopping there again.

Reminds me of the cafe in my small hometown when I was a child. Food was very good. Waitress was friendly. We would go back again.

What a cute small town diner. We had hot beef commercial. It was fantastic. They serve all day breakfast. The value was amazing. I would definitely eat here again.

Great family restaurant, the food is really good and the staff are friendly, helpful and kind. I enjoy bringing my mom and stopping here after church. The breakfast is great, all their food is very reasonably priced and the chief and staff do an excellent job and take care of their customers!

My appetizers were hot and delicious. Carmel roll yummy. Waitress friendly. On Thanksgiving day you could order ribs, duck or turkey a wonderful selection.

Incredibly well-priced and tasty food. Friendly mom and pop restaurant. Decent selection and very kid-friendly with lots of toys and books. My son enjoys them quite a bit. My family goes here very often.

Over from Scotland visiting family in Norwood. Been having breakfast here on Sunday mornings. Good well cooked food and great value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would readily recommend it.

A gem. My husband and I enjoyed our food. Our server Sherry was kind and friendly. We felt welcomed. It was peaceful and reminds us of a classic family owned business.

Food was great... Breakfast was cheap and had big portions. The waitress was really kind... It had a very friendly and cozy small town feel to it. A lot of regulars seem to go there often.

Our first time here. This restaurant is owned by a couple. We stopped for lunch and the food was great! Great service also. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Home cooked meal for real affordable price

Only went for breakfast. I really like that options where limited to one page. Easy to decide on an order and the food was pretty good. On a side note, i hate places that have 3 pages of breakfast food, just give me eggs and bacon for a reasonable price and I'll be happy

The food is great. The people who own it are wonderful. So laid back. Home made pies to die for.
