23 years ago Bruckmuller Plumbing were the plumbing contractors when we built our home. 22 years later I needed the kitchen faucet replaced. Eric reminded me that I had a life time warranty, which saved me over $500.00. Thank you, Eric! Last week I had him replace the garbage disposal. Great service from Eric and Tony! Highly recommended!

We were a referral to Bruckmueller Plumbing. We found Eric to be responsible, respectful, personable, and reasonable. Eric addressed our leaking kitchen drain that was leaking onto a finished lower level ceiling. Eric was conscientious and completed the fix without making an excessive hole in our ceiling. Upon completion of the work, our home was back in order and we were extremely happy. This was our first time working with Bruckmueller Plumbing. We will refer others and we will reach out again for any additional plumbing issues we might have.

Eric Bruckmueller has been helping us with our plumbing projects for the last 7 years. Eric and his team are great, very personable and hard working. They are very responsive, they give great service and help solve complex problems with the easiest, most economical solutions. I interviewed 6 plumbers before we hired him and he had the best answers and was competitively priced.

Sump pump problems. Bruckmueller is our go to person when it comes to our Sump Pump. We have an odd configuration and they can quickly navigate it to make sure it runs smoothly for the foreseeable future. We have had to have them out when we first bought the house to help us navigate how to use the Sump Pump and today to help us when our sump pump went out yesterday. So quick both times. Also -please their prices are extremely reasonable. If you live in the Eagan area, know you are getting top notch service at a reasonable price (don't waste your time calling around-just book them).

Finding a very experienced plumber that is not part of some corporate high-priced outfit and that will explain things fully and will even add useful advice, is rare indeed. Glad I called! Eric came for a leaky whirlpool tub, and then I also had him check a toilet that I was concerned about. It was a bit loose so I had him pull it, and he found not only had it been leaking, they used a steel flange that was rusted out and needed to be replaced. The original installer didn't leave much pipe for him to work with, but he did his surgery and was able to get a new flange installed without needing to cut the ceiling or the floor. Throughout he showed me what he was going to do and explained it before doing the steps. He's the kind of professional that we don't have enough of! I will definitely call them again.

We worked with Eric and Tony to finish a bath remodeling job. They installed free standing tub and vanity fixtures. They were very professional and finished the job on time. Customer was happy with her new remodeled bathroom!!

We had Bruckmueller Plumbing install the water line on our new refrigerator, and also install our new dishwasher and garbage disposal. He was very professional, and did a great job! We will most likely use him again for future plumbing needs.

I had Bruckmueller Plumbing do repairs on my kitchen after I bought my house and have been using them for any plumbing for the past 4 years. All top notch work. Kitchen repair, outside faucet repair, refrigerator water line repair, toilet repair, disposal replacement, water line replacement, shower repair, hot water heater replacement, and probably a few other things I've forgotten.

Eric has always been awesome! Used him multiple times. From emergency work to planned work he has done great. I found him as he was In my neighborhood. He has always treated me and people I refer to him great!

Eric and Tony did a fantastic job replacing my old tanked water heater with a new tankless unit. Kept to the quoted price and time. Would definitely recommend them to anyone

The work was explained before starting, and he gave me some options in the case where a finished area could be affected.

When everything was done, he walked me through what I needed to do to winterize.

Had these guys fix a leaky water softener (reasonable cost), then it started leaking again. I called and asked if they would take a look at it. Eric came out and tightened the head on the water softener by hand and $185 for a truck roll (didn't mention that when I called). Said their work on existing fixtures is not guaranteed.

I had a very bad experience. From a mistake causing water damage to my house, to missed local code that resulted in paying twice to get the job done, to tile chipped by the plumber on final trim installation. All of the above could be worked out and some were, but overall the owners approach was one of blame and focus on his bottom line rather than my outcome. I hate to leave a small business bad reviews, but as someone who relies heavily on reviews, I wanted the info out there.
