Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport

I can’t tell you how much it means to have a positive person at the front desk. There was a guy there, I don’t know if he was the manager, but he was there every day during normal business hours. He always greeted everyone with a warm sincere greeting and generally brought a good attitude and a positive vibe. Sorry I didn’t get his name but it was really refreshing given some of the other hotels I’ve stayed at recently. Whoever he is he deserves a raise!

We have stayed here a few times before flying out on vacation. The staff is friendly and helpful. We love the park and ride service they provide. It's extremely easy and affordable.

I use this hotel for business travelers coming to town from 1-7 nights. The management is very professional, accommodating, and caring.

The lobby, community (breakfast) area is modern and clean. The pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing and burning your kid’s energy. The parking lot welcomes you with MN size potholes so beware!

There are many choices for hotels close to the airport or MOA but why not chose something that feels like home?

Free shuttle within a limited distance, very nice for those who don’t or can’t rent a car. Quiet business neighborhood with other hotels near by.

I waited a long time for the shuttleto pick me up from Terminal 1. I had to call them beforehand. It seems like most if not all hotels only pick up every hour on top of thehour.
I checked in late night, Heather was welcoming and helpful. I had to ask for a charging block because the room does not have USB charger. The lamps just had outlets to plug-in devices. She let me borrow one. I wished that they have this kind of amenity to keep up with technology needs.
Breakfast was good, no bacon but they have a waffle maker and that's good enough for me. I can't complain, it's free. Other hotels come with same price with no breakfast.
They have a fitness center with 1 or 2 treadmills next to... oh, hello! A hot tub! There's also an indoor pool. Such nice amenities to have in a cold weather. There's also laundry services if you need it, as of writing, it costs $2 for wash and another $2 to dry.
I don't have info on parking as I didn't drive but overall, I will recommend this reasonably-priced place to relax and stay on your visit whether business or leisure.

Shakeena was very helpful getting signed up for the reward program. The rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Only detractor is the lot was full so you basically had to pick an out of the way spot and hope for the best. 9/10 would stay again.

AMAZING customer service. I made an error with our reservation and Rav at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. Juan was incredibly kind as well. Rooms are clean and love the shuttle service. Would absolutely recommend!!

We had a great experience! The hotel was very clean. The lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful! The shuttle to the airport was great. On way back I called the hotel and they sent the shuttle to get us right the way. We did not have any problems! I will definitely stay there again!

9 mins from the airport reasonably priced! Great experience. My flight was delayed I called she checked us in so we didn't lose our room. Clean room. Didn't have old school weird comforter I'm so great full!

I stayed at this hotel for an 8 week business trip. I have no complaints. I have been a Marriott rewards member for many years and this hotel was great. With the Covid restrictions, I did not expect the pool to be open or a hot breakfast at this time. The breakfast was packaged individually and very neat. Housekeeping was by request and this location was close to everything. I also found this Marriott to be the most reasonable in pricing compared to others in the area. I appreciated the accommodations and was later upgraded to an executive suite. All the staff were helpful and kind. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others who can appreciate a good deal and service.

I’ve stayed here a few times. Clean rooms, nice breakfast. My first stay there was a mixup on the room type I booked — when I mentioned it to the manager the following day, he owned it and went above and beyond to make it right.
Each stay since then has been smooth and enjoyable.
I’m happy with this hotel and will consider it again when I need a hotel in the area.

Enjoyed this hotel. We used laundry facilities here, and it was $2 to wash and $2 to dry, but it saved me from doing a ton of laundry after my vacation. Kids enjoyed the pool, and we never heard the planes overhead. Overall great experience.

Comfortable king sized beds. Great front desk staff, arrived to fresh baked cookies, and they brought us extra towels that were still warm! Shower water gets pretty hot, too!

Perfect location for anyone flying into Minneapolis or St. Paul! It is close enough to access the city within 30 minutes and right next to the airport without much noise.

We got a hotel voucher to stay here after our flight got cancelled and our stay here was a bright spot in an otherwise very stressful experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made things so much easier for us. The shuttles were super convenient too.

Great hotel for the price. Breakfast was nice with a wide verity of items including eggs, sausage, bagels, fruit, waffles, cereal and more. Shuttle helped a lot to avoid driving in Minneapolis traffic. The two drivers were super friendly especially the guy at night. They let you know about the area and things to see and do. Beds in the room were comfortable. Room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom could have had more water pressure but was still nice and clean. Only complaint about hotel is front desk and staff throughout (besides shuttle drivers) could have been a bit friendlier but overall was a great stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Suite was comfortable, all the staff was helpful and accommodating, breakfast was full of choices and tasty, shuttle drivers were great... No reason to look for something wrong. Wade was awesome. Thank y'all for a restful 3 day stay.

I stayed at the hotel for a week and a half and had a fantastic experience! The staff was always friendly, helpful and wonderful from the front desk to the shuttle drivers. Breakfast was delicious and the proximity to things was great, via shuttle (nothing really within walking distance).

The only thing to note is the mini fridges in the rooms don't run 24/7 which was a bummer because I intended on picking up some items at the grocery store. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay and would visit again!

The hotel itself was ok. Decent rooms, no issues. But I was truly impressed by the service. Was really tired in early afternoon and needed some sleep. They worked hard to make a room ready for me, and the man at the front desk personally came out to my vehicle in the rain to let me know when room was ready. Why? Because he said he could tell I was tired and wanted to help. That's the definition of hospitality. Wish I caught his name but he was working front desk on Monday 11/9/20 around mid-day. Ver very impressive!

Scheduled this hotel for a family reunion. Everyone, from managers to housekeeping to maintenance staff were awesome! They did everything they could to accommodate us, make us feel comfortable and welcome. When Manager Hope heard we planned to use their grill, she had the maintenance person check it out. When they learned it could not be repaired, they replaced it with a new one. The maintenance person put it together and made sure we had cooking utensils- who does that!?

Family members repeatedly commented on the attention and accommodation of the hotel staff and how fortunate we were to stay in a place that let us use outside space to gather and BBQ. "This place is great!" was their mantra.

Very grateful to hotel staff for making our family reunion such a great success!

Great business hotel. It's not a luxury hotel, but very good. The free breakfast is good: real eggs, omelets, two kinds of real sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. My flight arrived early and they gave me early check in. Hotel shuttle was timely, driver was safe, helpful and friendly.
The rooms are a good size. The bed is comfortable, and the heater unit is relatively quiet in the night.
There is an exercise room, pool, wading pool, and a place to get snacks and microwave. There are fridges in each room, but not a microwave.
No complaints. Best business hotel in Minneapolis.
