Hilton Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport

The staff were friendly and very accommodating! We were waiting for the shuttle to take us to the mall, many others were waiting to go to the airport, Jeff, an employee, came up to us and had ordered us a Lyft to take us to the mall so we wouldn’t have to wait! Above and beyond!! The shuttle driver picked us up later was extremely friendly and funny! Room was clean and bed was extremely comfortable! We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was beautiful! My room was spacious and clean. I was allowed to take a glass of wine to my room. The bartender was so accommodating. The shuttle to the airport was first come first served. Our 4:30 a.m. shuttle was full. The driver drove safely.
I will definitely visit again.

Took a quick weekend trip here with the kiddos to visit MOA! Stayed 2 nights. The staff here is EVERYTHING! They were beyond polite, accommodating just amazing! I will come back just because of this. Bravo! The shuttles are so wonderful from the airport to the mall etc! The only thing I dare complain about is not being able to control the temperature in your room. They keep the heat on (obviously in those temps) buttt it gets extremely hot in the rooms and not being able to control the temp is not ideal. The restaurant was okay dinner is a bit over priced but all in all very satisfied with this stay and will absolutely be back!

Staff was helpful and pleasant. The food in the resteraunt was delicious. Shuttle to the airport was on time, and the driver was great. He gave us info where we need to go once we arrive at the airport.

I had a great experience. Hilton is a brand I can always count on! Check-in was seamless. The food and drinks at the bar was fabulous. The classic margarita, the squash soup was amazing! The beet, Goat cheese and Arugula salad was so yummy. Thank you for always making my stay so comfortable 💕

Enjoyed my stay. Hotel decor is a bit dated, 1990's vibe going on, but rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Gym layout was a little weird though given that all of the machines faced away from the television screen. Nonetheless one of the better Hilton properties I've stayed at and zero complaints from me.

Perfect airport location! Also near park where you can walk and enjoy nature. Doesn't hurt to be in walking distance of the Mall of the America's too!

I had a week-long business meeting at the Hilton MSP airport. The staff was helpful and engaging. We ate meals on-site most of the time, and the food was very good. The food staff was always there and very engaging. We used the hotel shuttle to/from the Mall of America where we shopped, ate a very nice restaurant and walked for exercise. I was not looking forward to a week at an airport hotel, but this hotel team made it a fun experience. I even took in the wildlife center next door. All in all, a great business trip.

Clean hotel close to airport and Mall of America. Large lobby with restaurant .Has shuttle service until 11pm. Friendly staff.

They had one room left. It wasn't what I expected but the Hilton made it possible. And they have shuttle to the airport mall of America ect...

I was really impressed. It was nicely maintained for an older Hilton location. The restaurant and bar was legit. Did prices were OK not over pricey which was a nice surprise. It's right outside of the airport. My room was on they corner and I had a great view.

if you're looking for a hotel near the mall or the airport this will put within 5 minutes of both. Hotel staff very pleasant from front desk staff to room service. The room was clean. I did order burger and fries from the hotel restaurant which good but a little overpriced. My son used the gym which was clean and open 24 hours. This facility also has a pool no deeper than 5 feet. Overall if I came back to the area I would use this hotel again.

Wish it had more (and less expensive) dining on site, especially for conventioniers who might not be leaving the hotel. A take out snack & coffee shop would be helpful. Otherwise everything at this hotel was wonderful.

Delta put me up in this hotel after a delay in the first leg of my journey caused me to miss a connecting flight. The food at the restaurant was absolutely fantastic. My only complaint is that the front desk wasn’t really staffed at 630am when I was trying to check out. Someone eventually came out of the back and I did catch my shuttle on time, but it was a little stressful.

Flew in for an on-site interview and had a great experience. Staff was courteous and friendly. Food was good. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfy.

One standout moment was Francis at the front desk. My clicker was running low on batteries and Francis went out of his way to find some for me. One less thing to worry about :)

AJ was a great help during our stay. He helped us with directions several times, he recommended places to eat, things to do, and he got us extra coffee, creamer, and toiletries when we needed them. The young lady who worked with him at the front desk was also very pleasant. The beds are super comfortable, and the fridge and in-room coffee maker are great. The rooms are very clean. We had room service for breakfast, and it was really good. I never get enough butter on my toast, but it was perfect. The location is close to the mall and the airport, which is nice. The box fan in the closet is a great idea for those who need white noise to sleep.

Me and my son inlaw came to stay here, after picking up my wife, daughter, grand daughter, and great grand daughter from their late arrival flight from a 7 day 4 generation trip to the grand canyon. They enjoyed themselves on the trip of memorable moments, and loved the place I choose for a rest before heading home.

I have a great experience staying with this Hilton hotel. The hotel staff at reception, Alicia, made me feel welcome at their location and was very patient in answering my questions. Clean room, great service.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great room! While everyone was very welcoming and considerate, Carol in the restaurant made a real effort to help us celebrate our 50th anniversary and my 70th birthday! Nicely done!!!
