Panera Bread

This is by far my favorite Panera Bread in MN! I love the healthy & delicious food they serve. Even better is the service at this particular location. Pauline was so kind and genuine when she came up to me today. She reminded me of my own grandmother. You don’t see many today working like she was either. I felt obligated to leave a nice review. You can tell she takes pride in her job. It was so refreshing to see. If only my own generation worked as hard as she was. I’ve also talked to the general manager in the past and she was a breath of fresh air. It starts with great employees, then great service, and great portions of the freshest food that comes out in a timely manner. The best part about Panera is the food is absolutely delicious and you will never feel guilty when you leave after your full. I highly recommend this location. I wish they had a Panera in Albertville where I live!

Panera was super busy when I stopped in today! They were short staffed and full of orders! I unfortunately, due to my work, could not stay and wait for my order so my money was refunded.

I commend the staff for working so hard today to get all the orders out in a timely manner. I believe they said they had over 60 orders they were working on! I would've waited if I'd have had more time!! I will be back another time to get the sandwich I was craving today! Lol

To, I think his name was Jeff (?), the manager (?) you were so polite in letting people know that you were short staffed and that if they couldn't or didn't want to wait that you would gladly refund their money. I commend you! Your staff was wonderful too! Like I said, I will come back for my sandwich when I have more time😊.

It was good all around. Food was delicious. Staff very helpful. Now only if the Panera franchise would update their bathrooms. The ones I've been in definitely needs Improvement.

Never have I enjoyed a meal more than at this fine establishment. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by smiling workers and a beautiful restaurant. The atmosphere of the restaurant is quite enchanting, and I found myself staying far past my mealtime simply enjoying myself. Initially a line was formed inside, however it went quickly, and upon ordering it was seamless and quick. I ordered the “Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich” along with a cup of “Broccoli Cheddar” soup, food was prepared frighteningly fast, and came piping hot. Upon biting into my sandwich I had but one thought, if this was my final meal, I would die a happy man. The flavors of the perfectly prepared bacon combining with the perfectly prepared turkey was enough to bring me to my knees, weeping tears of joy. The soup was next, and upon tasting its beautiful, creamy broth, I had the same revelation. Due to the meal’s deliciousness I finished it in the blink of an eye. Afterwords I sought out the chef(s), as it would be a sin to not thank the masters behind such scrumptious creations. I quickly found them, two youngins’ by the name of Christine and Nina, my gratitude to these two cannot be understated, it was truly a life changing experience that filled a hole in me I didn’t know existed. If I could give my experience at Panera Bread 16875 County Rd 24, Plymouth, MN 55447 more than five stars I absolutely would, however I am bound by the limitations of the review system so five stars it is.

Fantastic service on a catering order! I know Panera has struggled with staffing issues like every other business, but this was definitely a 5 star day for them! I placed an order for a group of 8 people online a few hours earlier in the day to be picked up between 5:30 and 5:45 p.m. The order was ready by 5:40 p.m. perfectly fulfilled and bagged with all the utensils needed. It was a relief to me that the order was ready on time and a delight to the group of hungry volunteers waiting for dinner.

Great place to get a quick bite!! The lemon drop cookies ARE AMAZING!! This has got to be one of my top favorite places to eat!! The staff does a great job too! My only small complaint is that they should be more on top of keeping the tables wiped down . Despite that , I’ve been to a lot of the Paneras around and I like this one the best!!

Great food as always! My pick up order took 30 minutes longer then it was suppose to. They were so busy, poor employees! But I'll keep going of course!

Been 6 years since we have been to a Panera but it was very good. Staff was very nice and had a good suggestion. We ate outside and it was clean. Not sure why they keep the door locked so you have to walk back around to through the front but everything else was great.

Ordered a takeout lunch today for the family. They have new pick-up parking spots, very convenient. There is a pick-up shelf by the counter -- order online, walk-up the shelf and pick-up the food with your name. They have a nice patio outside as well, to dine outside (weather permitting - for MN that means if in 40s dine-outside).

Got the pep flat bread and tomato soup to dip it in. Scrumptious!

" family feast" meals for curbside pick-up . Food was prepared as ordered and on time. Great quality food. Everyone loved the soup/salad/sandwich combo. I highly recommend them for wonderful customer service and high quality food.

I eat breakfast and meet my friends here every week. I have multiple allergies, but the manager was great and helped me know exactly what I could eat, so now it is very easy to order when I come. It is nice to have a regular place to meet with very friendly people staffing it.

Great food, busy at 10 a.m., didn’t wait very long for my food to be ready. Everyone was attentive to making sure I got what I needed. Overheard cashiers doing a great job.

Thank you to Trish for all her help this morning! She didn't know, but I was on my way to get my first infusion for an MS research study and was just told that I would be there all day. I needed breakfast and lunch in a pinch and she helped me get both in one stop even though it was only 8:30 in the morning. She was very friendly and took the time to customize my sandwich. I truly appreciate her kindness and warmth during a very rough time. The gentleman that made my bagel was also very kind. He had slightly over-done the toasting and came to show me and asked if it was ok or if I wanted a new one. Excellent customer service from the whole team. Thank you!

I placed an online order for delivery and, despite having a saved address that has been successfully delivered to many times, my order somehow ended up at a different location. Once I finally tracked down my order, about 30ish minutes after it was supposed to be delivered, I brought it back to Panera and asked to talk to a manager.

Tracy was amazing. She was patient and understanding about my frustration. She immediately offered a full refund and to have the kitchen remake my food immediately, both of which I gladly accepted. Tracy also offered me my choice of free pastry item (so many options!) and surprised me with a cookie as well. I definitely plan on ordering online again, and returning to this location because of Tracy.

I gave the full five stars even after all this because this has never happened to me before and because Tracy handled this so well, going above and beyond to make this up to me.

My delivery driver forgot my daughter’s Mac & cheese. I called the store and talked to Jeff. He was very helpful and even went out of his way to upgrade my daughter’s Mac & cheese to a large with a fresh sliced of baguette.

Awesome service! There was a small mistake and after explaining I wanted Grilled Mac and Cheese not Classic Grilled they fixed it quick! Fast, fresh, and delicious.

This is a great place for lunch. Nice variety of things on the menu with soups, salads, sandwiches and baked goods, and the crew is friendly and efficient. Mildly on the expensive end but worth it. They also have a nice outdoor area in the summer. It will come again!

Seriously the best Panera location in the Twin Cities! I have eaten at the Plymouth location 5+ times, and it is better than any other I've been to . The food has been fantastic every single time, generous portions, servers are friendly, it's never too loud even when it's busy, and there is plenty of seating. When you ask for extra ingredients, they give you extra ingredients. They're not skimpy. This has become my go-to Panera!
