Very good hotel. Clean room. Good showers, amazing breakfast. Everything super neat and organized. Great service. Affordable price. They also have lots of shuttles to and from and airport for free. I loved it here.

It was a great place to stay overnight for a flight out the next morning, breakfast was really good, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and the location to the airport is perfect. The bathroom is very small and the only downside. Parking is an additional $10.00 for 24 hours and extended parking is available. Highly recommend

Me and my friends were in Minneapolis for a couple days to see a concert. We arrived and our room was not what we thought we originally booked but Kyle was so nice and was able to get us a room with 2 double beds which was much more suitable for us! My friend had forget her toothbrush and my other friend forget a razor but, not a problem at all Evian was so nice and willing to give us both! We had a great experience because of Kyle and Evian! The shuttle to the mall was also awesome as we didn’t have to worry about parking and we had the sweetest shuttle driver!! Overall an amazing experience and would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

We had a great time here. The gentleman who checked us in was so friendly. He asked my daughter if she wanted her own key card and treated her with respect. Then later while we waited for her pizza to cook, my daughter was telling him all about the Mall of America and he was really invested into the conversation, which was so refreshing that it was genuine. I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, but we plan to stay again on our return back in a couple of months.

staff was really friendly and made us feel real comfortable, shout out to the ladies at the front desk. I appeared in the lobby at 1am and the lady there hooked me up with free toothbrushes after we forgot ours. Also got fresh made food at 1am which was great. Our room had lots of space and was very chill and homey. Free breakfast buffet was great too. Real food after eating airport food was very welcome. Appreciate you guys for making an otherwise stressful journey comfortable for us!

Edit: also they scheduled a real nice guy to pick us up and shuttle us to the airport too!

Located minutes from the airport with a shuttle bus service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again when travelling to Minneapolis.

Lovely hotel, wonderful staff, and my room is fantastic! Shuttle bus will take you to the Main hotel for a full bar, and restaurant. It's only a block away. Rates are great, and I will definitely stay here again!

Stayed one night, Park and fly. The front desk staff were so friendly. The gentleman who drove us to and from the airport was a super nice guy. Would stay again.

Jared/Evian made this good hotel experience a great hotel experience made us pizza at any time of the night such a bright personality and just a fun person to converse with. Made me feel safe and secure in keeping my mom safe & supported..

A few minutes from the airport. Just make sure you communicate well with Hotel staff to have a simple and clear shuttle service to and from the airport when/if needed. Great option when I needed to leave my car over a vacation.

Very convenient on our most recent trip. The room was very nice as well, though we had a very short night due to the time of our morning flight. The woman at the front desk on the afternoon of July 22 was very friendly and informative.

Our shuttle driver the next morning was not as friendly, and made me (and my girlfriend) uncomfortable with his driving on the way to the airport (tailing a car very close at speeds over 30mph). The gentleman who picked us up on July 27 was excellent.

Staff was super friendly. The room was clean and the shuttle to the airport was quick and easy!

Every staff person we encountered during our stay was friendly, kind, & courteous. We missed a flight, and then couldn't get tickets to our destination the next day like we had hoped, and the whole staff seemed invested in our struggle and even helped arrange a new room for us right away. I highly recommend this location.

Very quiet for the location. I wasn't able to hear doors slamming shut in my room, planes or even freeway traffic. Awesome breakfast! Literally a buffet. My dogs had a blast because the hotel allowed them with a deposit.

Everything was top notch here! It was quiet. Everything was clean. The workers were super nice! The breakfast was good as well! Only down side was the pressure of the shower, it was a bit low! Only thing I'd say was a downer. The location was awesome, you could hear planes landing and taking off, but my family and myself weren't at the hotel majority of the day. The location is about 4 minutes away from the mall of america. After a long day, the short ride back was super convenient!

Hotel's night manager Trina was absolutely wonderful. One of the best customer service experiences we have ever had.

We arrived here so exhausted after spending all day & overnight in the airport due to our flight to Iceland being delayed for hours, then eventually canceled. Trina went out of her way to show us kindness. When we arrived at 6:30am, she got us into an open room so we would not have to wait until 3pm to check in. She made a delicious oatmeal for us as well.

The room was spacious and clean, with a sitting area and kitchenette. Due to our experience with Trina, we will be loyal to Hyatt for a while.

Dog Friendly. Clean hotel. Friendly stay and our dog was very welcomed. Will stay here again.

It’s absolutely great and worth the cost!! Very close to airport & Mall of America. This is my first time to visit Minneapolis for business and this place leaves me a wonderful feeling! The room is clean and big. People here are all friendly and welcoming!
I had a great dinner at Twin Grills City and it is very close to the hotel. Definitely recommend here ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quiet & clean rooms, free parking in the parking lot.
The only thing that I wasn't impressed with was breakfast. The line doesn't move. I stood there for nearly 10 minutes, with the line standing still. Might have been the kids taking forever, or the way the line is designed that was making everyone slow.
