L.L.Bean

This is the place for the outdoor enthusiast. Everything here is top quality and prepared for the worst of climates and circumstances but at the same time it look stylish wherever you take it. I particularly like the L.L. Bean branded yeti cups which are cheaper than the actual unbranded yeti cups. And this is a great place to pick up outdoor gear and I will definitely be back.

The employees here are great: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional yet honest (I want to talk to a person, not an extension of a corporation, and every employee I met here here was very genuine). The store itself was in excellent shape: clean, well-stocked, and decorated for the holidays. I quickly accomplished what I came in for and even got some stickers for my toddler from the cashier.

Seriously probably one of my favorite shops at MOA new clothes are constantly changing alright prices and definitely stylish pretty much for all weather activities and its quality!!!

If you love the outdoors? And you love clothing and gear that supports it? This is your place. It’s a Super Store with the great brands. Good Prices and specials!! Located at The Mall Of America with all the cool other stores and restaurants and activities around! I love the great outdoors and this place signifies it!!

The store is easy to navigate, the employees were helpful and I found the camping cot I was looking for.

A good store to visit when you're at the MOA. You can exit and enter the store from outside directly. The store here does not carry nearly as many items as its online catalog though, but you can pick items up here that you order online.

The outdoor shoe department here is especially good, I think. And I do like their seasonal clothing options, as well. They sell roof racks for cars, and even snowshoes and kayaks! The winter toboggans are fun to look at, as well.

But again, their selection is more limited here than online. The LL Bean MOA store is still a fun store to visit, though!

They have a lot of merchandise in lots of sizes. But, if they don't, they will contact the home office and have it mailed directly to your home. And, their men's no iron shirts are really no iron

They helped me very much. Got the size from the back that I was looking for. Even help with matching colors.

LL Bean have their own convenient entrance to the East parking lot. Staff are very helpful. Good variety of winter gear available.

If the catalog was a store! Lots of items on sale with possibly more options than the catalog. Must see for all MOA goers.

**Update at end**I will commend this location for exceptional service. I called, received first-rate service over the phone, and it continued when I arrived at the store to pick up my product. The store is very clean and well-lit, and easy to shop.
I did have one negative experience however. While browsing for a new raincoat, I found their top of the line Goretex rain jacket. While looking at them, I noticed every, single jacket had the anti-theft tag pinned thru the jacket seam by the wrist. Goretex is a waterproof membrane, and all sewn seams are taped to make the garment completely waterproof. This tag placement compromised the integrity of the waterproof membrane. Perhaps the average person running to and from their car in the rain will not notice an issue. But I spend many days outside in all conditions, and a compromised membrane would greatly impact my comfort. So if you are spending top dollar for a Gore-Tex jacket, double check before purchasing.
**Update** I returned to the store today to shop and look at new items. I am still very interested in their Gore-Tex jacket, but a quick glance showed that they continue to pin the security tag thru the sleeve seam, which ruins the integrity of the waterproof membrane. I cannot pay $400 for a damaged jacket. It appeared this is standard on all waterproof jackets. Buyer beware.

Can always find some gems on their men's clearance rack. Plus, they have just about anything you need for outdoor fun, especially camping/hiking.

L.l. Bean in the Mall of America is the epitome of customer service, cleanliness, exceptional clothing and a good price. The staff Go-Go's head over heels in trying to help in finding what I wanted; they knew their way around the store on the computer and did all of this with Grace style and they were so much fun to talk to. I have been shopping here for a few decades the things that I like are the things that I wear on a regular basis from decade to decade, light blue jeans and need I say the best boots in town. I love this store I only wish that our other stores could Master themselves after what LL Bean has done.
