Courtyard by Marriott Minneapolis West

I have stayed at this hotel twice and am booked for a third time. Customer service is outstanding, food is great, and bartenders are courteous. The rooms smell and look clean. The beds are fairly comfortable, and the facilities are well-maintained.

The room was amazing. The bed was so comfy. The staff at the front desk TOP TIER! The location is perfect. With all the other hotels charging room rates to park, PARKING is FREEEEE

Loved the shower in the room. Overall it was a really nice experience. Driving a little more to attractions was worth it. Multiple hangout areas for large groups. We sat by a fireplace one night and it was lovely

As a business traveler, the staff here are some of the best I’ve come across: they care about your experience and are accommodating. I was next to a loud housekeeping room so I asked to move and they gave me the exact room I wanted on the same floor. I also left something in the lobby and they held it for me until I was able to retrieve it. The gym, attached restaurant, and rooms are solid.

I just had the pleasure of staying at this Courtyard by Marriott and have only good things to say. I was there on business because my firm is starting a medical practice nearby. I have been recommending this hotel to my patients for the past few months due to its close proximity to the clinic and it’s having a shuttle bus service that goes up to 5 miles so I thought this would be a great opportunity to check the hotel out for myself. I stayed on the Courtyard side but the main Marriott amenities are available to all guests of either side.

First I’ll say all the front desk staff is superb, very professional at all times. The shuttle bus service generally runs every half hour and other than some understandable weather conditions-related delays it was always reliable. The shuttle bus drivers (who wear many hats) are super friendly and helpful in getting around… really, hats off to the shuttle team! The breakfast is (surprisingly) actually very good and I would highly recommend the breakfast burrito or sandwich which I got almost every day. Also, there is a Kipp’s Irish theme pub that again to my surprise (based on other places I’ve stayed) had really good food. Like really, I would go to the pub if I lived nearby even if I wasn’t staying there… plus good winter Ale’s.

They also have a little market with most things you might need or forgot to pack and if you want a bottle of wine or two just walk next door to the Marriott side and get some at their market. There is also a really nice Gym I did not have time to try but looked nice. All in all, it was one of my by far better travel experiences I’v had in a while and I think we are going to officially start recommending this hotel as our “preferred provider” as long as we keep getting good feedback which I think we will. Looking forward to trying the Mariotte side when I’m back in town!

I had a great experience staying here. The place was clean and the breakfast was tasty. I loved the bee-bagged ice and water station. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful hotel establishment. Exceptionally clean, quiet and staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable, water pressure was great in the shower, and I didn’t have to crouch in there (I am 6’1”). Pool is on smaller side and shared with adjoining hotel, so if that is a major concern for you, this may not be the place. One of the better hotels we have stayed at. Would definitely recommend!

The room heater was crazy loud but everything else was great! The whole hotel was very spacious, modern, and clean. The online check in was simple and the electronic key on my phone worked flawlessly; no need to interact with anyone. Lots of windows in the room and plenty of outlets near the beds. I could hear a little bit of noise outside of the room but not enough to be bothersome.

My wife and I stayed at this marvelous property for two nights while visiting nearby family and could not have been more impressed. The room design and layout was perfect, the bed was comfortable and everything in the room and bath worked perfectly. We will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we come to the area!

Great value, clean rooms, lovely staff. If you are a light sleeper, the ceilings are a bit thin & you can hear all the plumbing above you. Overall, though, a good stay and one I would repeat.

Great hotel just west of Minneapolis. Easy to find, quick access to 94 & 169. Gas station right around the corner.
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Stayed here numerous times and it's always been a great and quite stay.

The room was perfect! Wish I would have been there longer. Was in the lobby in the evening, and Kiara the Desk Clerk, was so pleasant. She was awesome. We did hear a few people commenting that the bar wasn't open. With 4 wedding events going on, I'm guessing they would have appreciated that. Very nice hotel .

I booked a room at a very reasonable price for our trip. I literally asked my friend if I was missing something. This room seemed too good to be true. We paid less than our other friends at competitior hotels, and in my opinion, had a nicer room. The hotel seems brand new and looks great. Staff is very friendly. We have been very pleased. If I had 1 constructive criticism, it would be that there is no breakfast included with the room. We usually like to book with competitors that serve a hot breakfast. That's a big plus for us.

Amazing experience! Beds were super comfy and employees were friendly. Room itself was very accommodating. Only complaint is I wish there were more breakfast options at the bistro and that they wouldn't shut down more than an hour before checkout. It was planned to grab breakfast right before we checked out and they had been closed for over an hour.

The Courtyard Marriott has all the amenities you could want away from home. Having 2 days off from our travels we barely needed to leave the hotel. It’s an very new and clean hotel on the west side of Minneapolis. Just close enough to get into the city...about 15 minutes...but far enough to have peace and quiet.

There is a lot quite close by including a movie theater. Inside the hotel there is a Irish pub and bar and a Starbucks that offers full breakfast options during the morning/afternoon and turns into a small bar at night. There is also a well stocked pantry store with snacks and toiletries. The hotel gym is one of the largest I have seen with free weights, and 8 or 9 machines. Each floor has a small laundry facility which is great to use while traveling.

Our room was very spacious and I enjoyed how it was set up with a large modern couch to use during the day and a lot of space to work. The bed is extremely comfortable and difficult to leave in the morning though!

The staff here were all very kind and accommodating. This was a great place to spend resting while on the road and we will definitely be back again!

Incredibly quiet, clean and super modern.

This hotel felt completely brand new, the room was furnished in a very modern way, the staff was friendly and I had a lovely rest as the whole building was very quiet.

I stayed on the 6th floor with treetop views, I was also impressed by the gym amenities, the indoor pool and posh lounge area. Would highly recommend!

Spent a night in this hotel and was pleased with it. My room was clean and had decent amount of space. Bed was great and the bathroom was well thought out. The staff was friendly and there are also a plenty of dining options between two connected hotels. Free parking right next to it was very convenient. I’d totally come back. Price was very reasonable.

Great hotel! My partner and I booked this hotel at a great rate for a quick Labor Day getaway. Service was excellent and the rooms are awesome! AMAZING BEDS! The hotel is very clean, modern, sleek and restful. My only complaint is that there is no readily available outdoor plugs for my electric car. Would gladly stay here again!

Staff was superb, friendly and super helpful, from front desk to housekeeping. Kids loved the pool and snack bars. Rooms were very nice and bathrooms exceptional. Will definitely stay again!
