Noticed a defect in a new Skol hat I bought from Sota at the state fair when I got home. Went to this St. Louis Park store the next day to see if they would exchange it. They didn’t have that specific hat since everything went to the fair, so he just made me a new one on the spot in 5 minutes. Best customer service ever. Love this brand. Love their people.

Went for the first time recently and can’t wait to go again! Loved the mural nearby, fun spot for photos. Shop is super cute and staff was really kind. Everything is very organized! I got a hat and sweater. Love all the items!

Amazing quality clothing. I’ve worn my sweatshirt 4 days in a row , and my son loves his baseball hat. Their customer service is phenomenal. Had a tiny hole in sleeve and they sent out a new one the next day. It’s how customer service used to be. Would buy over and over.

I've picked up hats and shirts from their booth at the State Fair in years past and they are some of my most treasured clothing items. When I found out they had a standalone store in St. Louis Park I was thrilled to go visit. It was even better than I'd imaged and I walked out having spent way too much money. Will definitely be back to pick up a few more items when the bank account recovers!

I went here yesterday for the first time to grab a couple gifts for a dinner guest. It was the perfect place to grab something, and your recipient (or yourself) will undoubtedly be happy to get a gift from a Minnesota business. The clothing was great, and there are wonderful home goods, seasonal items, and lots more. I’ll definitely be back for more gifts!

Before heading back to South Africa I had to make a plan for gifts. Since I know that the fit and quality of Sota Clothing is good I placed items in my basket and realized that I only have two days and decided to cancel. I replied to an automated email, that reminded of items in the basket, with my time concern. Next moment I got a phone call from Lauren, paid the order telephonically and sure enough I got everything in good order the very next day.

This wonderland of a place is my absolute favorite! Ask anyone and they’ll tell you I’m almost too proud of MINNESOTA and this place let’s me take the pride even further! Great quality products for a great price! The designs of the apparel are simple yet beautiful just like Minnesota. Everyone of my family members are getting a gift from here so hopefully they don’t read this!

I've also seen some reviews say that service was bad because the people working there didn't talk to them. That wasn't my experience; the young lady working was very friendly with me but didn't pester me. But I feel it worth mentioning that I don't really like it when sales workers go out of their way to talk to me, and I generally prefer to be left alone unless I have a question, so I think those reviewers' idea of "good" service is subjective.

I love Sota gear overall - the quality of the clothing in particular is always top notch. Made my first trip to their actual store after mainly ordering online for years and thought the store was well laid out, v "up north" vibe and the staff was helpful and nice. Love this local business all around!

I was surprised by how high the quality was of the jacket, flannel and super soft tshirt. Shipping was super fast too. This kind of quality is hard to find anymore and I actually placed a second order right away for gifts. Second order came just as quickly. When we’re in town we’ll have to see the store.
