Minneapolis Marriott West

Great place, had a slight issue getting in my room but they were all very quick and apologetic to get it straightened out. Went to Kips Pub to watch the football game and have dinner, enjoyed my food and drinks as well as Autumn’s excellent service. (Bartender) Had a great breakfast before heading to airport. Very clean and spacious rooms.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Great staff at the front desk. Attached pub was quite nice. Location easy to find. Plenty of parking on-site. A lot of nice common areas for people to linger and chat. Excellent stay.

The location was central to everything no “pretty view” but that wasn’t an issue. I truly thought the hotel building was sparkling clean and honestly beautiful on the inside! I was there yesterday for a wedding and it was a nice experience! The staff was nice and accommodating!

Very normal Marriott exactly as you would expect with similar layout as the rest.
Clean tidy and good service for reception.
You can get snacks and drinks from machines around reception but if you want food the hotel is connected to Kips Irish bar which does good food.
Breakfast can be ordered in the morning, we chose to go to a nearby Perkins.
The hotel has a 24 HR fitness room and a small indoor pool.
Parking is plentiful around the hotel and free.
The only negative I have is the bottled water in the room is 6 bucks a bottle, its a silly extra charge that really annoys

Rooms were sparkling clean. While our view was not the best it is what it is. The staff was always nice and helpful. The conference rooms were spacious and clean. The balcony option for the second floor suites were neat and fun. The outdoor seating options were shaded and comfortable. The Starbucks was a great option for on-site next level coffee. Gym was clean and well maintained.

Big thanks to Nico at the desk and Sheryl who served breakfast for their warmth and service. Those two made our experience so nice it was worth taking the time to come and leave positive feedback.

Went for womens retreat with my church . loved the rooms very nice. I relaxed and staff was very friendly. If price is rite yes I will be back again.

We had a room block for our wedding at the Marriott West and they couldn’t have been more accommodating and hospitable. They made sure all our guests were taken care of and the accommodations were great! Teri was super easy to work with and made lodging our guests simple. Highly recommend them for any wedding or event needs!

My experience there was lovely the front desk lady was very nice to everyone that came thru that door she greeted people with a smile and was very energetic thats on both sides of the hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone that can afford it it was worth the money I will go back anytime if I'm in the area .

On Oct. 21 we actually stayed at the Courtyard that's connected to this property BUT a staff member was unusually accommodating to our large group when we came in late from a cocktail party. We were sitting in the lobby of this hotel during quiet hours (hotel has some atrium rooms) but the front desk clerk acted quickly and put us in one of the meeting spaces for free. I think it showed that he was able to think on his feet and make everyone happy by not making the guests and THEIR guests leave immediately and by not subjecting the sleeping guests to loud noise. Good job!

Nice new hotel, rooms are clean and well kept, plenty of parking, and check in as a Bonvoy member is easy.

Absolutely beautiful place right when you walk in. Doesn't have that hotel feel it feels way more luxurious. ALOT OF AMMENITIES. Staff is on point. And have stayed there many many times and rooms are always clean beautiful. Not even 1 time out of the 20plus stays I've had there have I had 1 complaint. And I'm not that layer back of a person I'm critical. And they pass! And it's close to Ridgedale shopping mall. It's close to any store u need . Can't say enough about it.
*oh and it's not a party place. I mean yes there's weddings there and diff venues that go on. But you can't hear anything in halls or room. Respectful place

Great staff, nice,clean rooms.

Where do I even start to share how truly remarkable and fabulous this motel is! We were there with family to celebrate our daughter's wedding. Particularly outstanding was the check-in staff and the lady who managed the bistro bar. Every question and request was more than adequately addressed and we truly felt like we were VIPs. Teri in sales was our point of contact and we could have not been served better by her, from the get-go! Tami at the West and Brittani at the Courtyard were also particularly helpful! Thank you, thank you, thank you, we are so grateful. We are now Marriott customers from here on out!

Great for a short stay. Very nice breakfast. Easy travel around the cities. Plenty to see and do within a short drive.

Stay in here for a business conference place is nice bathrooms and the rooms are extremely clean. I look for that. I’m a plumber by trade staff was polite and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

I just want to give a shout out to a member of staff who went above and beyond for my husband and I during our stay. Keyaira who works the night shift at the front desk. It was a busy weekend with a lot of guests and some noise issues. She was calm, helpful and found a solution to ensure I got some sleep! It was a challenging situation with a full hotel and some roudy guests. She deserves a huge raise ❤

This is a surprisingly nice hotel for only having three stars. My family stays here when they visit me, and the owner has recently put in a moderately-sized expansion on to the building that has its own separate bar area in addition to the large restaurant attached to the hotel. Modern interior and relatively modern rooms, even the older section. Very easy access to the western suburbs once you get onto the road.
