TownePlace Suites by Marriott Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport/Eagan

Just stayed one night for the park and fly and it was a great experience. Every staff person was absolutely excellent. The rooms are dated but ours was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again

The entire staff at Townplace Suites Eagan goes above and beyond for the guests. They are so accomodating and kind. Seriously, from the the front desk staff, overnight included, to everyone of the housekeepers, they've all been out going and helpful. The hotel itself is always clean and the ammenities are in good working condition, and well maintained. It's been pleasure staying here. Thank you. Leah Larsen

Great hotel. Staff was very on-the-ball and helpful. There was a snaffu with my reservation and somehow it got canceled after 1 night. The manager was top notch and got the situation rectified. Breakfast was good, somewhat decent selection - typical frozen waffles, eggs,bacon, sausage, scones, muffins, cereal (4 types),and instant oatmeal. Plus there was yogurt, chocolate milk and reg white milk. Rooms are spacious and no issues with it at all. Clean, fresh linens and the kitchen were awesome. No complaints. Totally recommend. They upgraded and fixed their pothole ridden parking lot while We were there and man, what an improvement!

Well, I survived a tornado touching down nearby. Friendly staff in this location, love having access to a full kitchen. Cleaning crew visited more times than I was ready for, definitely no complaint there. The only suggestion I want to make, is to have exhaust fans in the bathroom. Mine didn't have one.

I just wanted to take a quick moment to give a shout out to the entire staff at this hotel. Y'all have been nothing short of amazing during my stay here. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to maintenance, you have all made me feel like royalty. I truly appreciate the level of hospitality and customer service y'all have provided. Keep doing what you're doing, because you're killing it!

Pam at the front desk is just flat out fun and really made my stay! I had to get a new room because the heater didn’t work…..which in Minneapolis is kind of a big deal. Not only did she get me a new room…an upgrade at that. And trust me the company gets a great deal in the first place, so she was not under any obligation. She is appreciated and needs to be recognized for her customer service, smile and positive attitude!

Safe and excellent place to stay. Nice rooms and great service.
Excellent breakfast service that includes fruits, eggs, sandwiches, quiche, waffles, bread and lots delicious food for kids.
Round the clock, all weather airport shuttle is a great convenience, plus 5 mile pickup/ drop off is additional benefit.
And, Sherri, Sandy, Adam and Dave are some of the best people in the hospitality sector in MN.

Great stay! Loved having a kitchen with pots pans and dishes. There is a dishwasher, full fridge, and nice microwave. Good space for my toddler to run around. Breakfast was good too and fresh coffee in lobby. Staff was friendly and the washer and dryer were nice!!

We had a baseball team of 11 year olds and the staff was so very kind and accommodating to us! They had board games for when we got stuck with a rain delay. Rooms are spacious. Outdoor pool was great.

This hotel was wonderful! The outdoor pool was surprisingly quite warm. The rooms were super clean and the closets have these great organizational shelves. Combine that with its location close to fun family attractions and this is the place to stay with your family. Only hot thing for the complimentary breakfast is waffles, just saying so you can plan accordingly. Staff is friendly and courteous. I WILL be staying here again.

The staff here is unbelievably kind and helpful. From from desk, to maintenance, to room cleaning... they’re all wonderful. The hotel rooms and clean and comfortable, the beds are great, the shower is outstanding. It’s everything you could ask for in an extended stay hotel. It’s not fancy but it’s more than adequate for the price. We highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful suites! We booked as a parksleepfly package and got so much more than we had expected! Employees were extremely helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, outside pool was fun, and even though our airport shuttle left at 3AM, we were still afforded light breakfast items. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Hey recently remodeled since 1 year ago. The new rooms have very nice updated bathrooms and overall feel. They also have expanded their free breakfast which is a huge bonus. There were no seats but now have ample seeing. I give 5 stars simply for this effort on improving. Thank you

I have to say, after staying in a plethora of hotels throughout the US in my life, this place is way greater than these ratings give it credit for. I’ll give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all day long. Not only are the rooms beautiful, but they provide almost all the comforts of home. The employee hospitality has been incredible! The environment is quite peaceful. Honestly, I haven’t been this comfortable somewhere in a while. I’ve already extended my stay, twice. No BS. If you’re passing through or just looking for a nice place to get away, I highly recommend this place! I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back!!!!!!!!!

It was so relaxing and rejuvenating! I was very impressed with the friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel! Lovely bed! Beautiful outdoor pool area and grilling area! So so wonderful! Thank you all and I will stay here again!

This hotel has just been remodeled or at least it seems like it because everything is so nice and new. The suites are huge with a great amount of amenities. Wasn't here long enough to try the kitchen but the appliances all looked brand new. The outdoor pool was a perfect place to cool down.

Great rooms assuming you're only one or two people, they might have a larger room but I didn't need it. Comfortable bed and decent shower pressure. The kitchen gives you just enough for some light cooking. I love the 24/7 coffee in the lobby.

I'm still at the Townplace. We are here for 3 more of our 4 month stay.. I just want to comment on the friendly and helpful staff. Front desk folks go out of their way to help in anyway possible and go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable. Special shoutout to Pam Curlee. She always greets you with a smile or a wave and treats you like a friend. These days that's hard to find. So many of the staff are the same and they are all a great asset to the Marriott family.

My family and I stayed here for an extended period of time. Due to covid, we came back home to Minnesota, after leaving in July 2019. While looking for a rental we stayed here. The Manager and entire staff were absolutely awesome. We didn't anticipate staying as long as we did, but definitely felt comfortable, so glad we had a 2 bedroom suite.
Due to covid, a lot had changed but we were satisfied with everything. Even our dog felt at home! I would definitely stay here again!!!

If you’re looking for a long stay, this is perfect!! They have a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, a full fridge, cooktop, very very comfortable. It’s not meant to be fancy, but it’s good enough!
