Town Centre Car Wash - Eagan

I have visited this car wash in Eagan several times every year. I like the touchless wash. There’s usually no waiting on a weekday which is nice. Reasonable prices. I had an issue with payment years ago and management honored my triple payment.

I have loved this carwash.
But...I have communicated about both a wash not working and, then, an overcharge and have not received any response. I am suprised because they have been very responsive in the past.
I hope this isn't a sign the business is won't be maintaining their high level of service any longer.

Everything works!

Good value for a quick spray wash and rinse. If NO ONE is waiting, it's nice to towel dry inside.

Be kind and check to see that the person in front of you pushed the end wash button next to the credit card reader. I've had to do this twice. And be sure to do this after you are done! Other wise the meter keeps running.

Excellent self service car wash. It has the option to use a drive through, but a few enclosed garages for self car wash.
Pay with quarters cash or credit card.credit card is convenient as it runs a clock and tell you final amount when you push blue metallic button.
I took my time and it was $11. I liked that I was able to focus on areas other drive through car washes cannot get to.
Friendly area and very clean place my new favorite self car wash.

Best self car wash that we’ve been to in Minnesota! Clean, straightforward, highly effective and pleasant. A bonus feature are the garage doors so you can wash and not be freezing! You can’t find this type of place in Saint Paul or Minneapolis that’s for sure! My new go-to place!

I love this place, I signed up for a monthly subscription $28 . I have the executive program. They offer touchless and gentle washes. I have the easy wash app on my phone and all I need to do is scan the QR code on the keose and drive 🚗 in. It's worth every penny. My car is always clean 👌

Excellent car wash. The water pressure and soap were very effective in cleaning my car. Most self washes dribble out water resulting in a dirty car. Also very clean facility. Highly recommend Towne Center Car Wash!

Admittedly, I had a not great experience the first time I took my (then brand new) Model 3 through the touchless wash. I'm not sure if they're still there, but at the time there were metal guide rails that were narrow enough that I ended up scraping my wheels on one side. At the time, I left a negative review out of frustration, but ultimately, this was my fault as I should have made sure my car was better aligned to the rails before pulling into the wash. (The touchless wash did do a great job though!)

That said, I've taken my 3 and now Y to this car wash many times since that unfortunate incident, I just now exclusively use the manual wash stalls and am really happy! They're well maintained and added tap to pay somewhat recently, so no cash, no cards needed, just my phone. I really appreciate the dryer hose too. I will happily continue to be a patron here as long as I live in the area.

Good value for the vacuum, however the first time I used the ones on the side of the building it was jammed full of cigarette butts but I won't cry over 5 dollars that I was charged. It's too much for a suck. Was good quality wash I enjoyed!

The biggest complaint against the "Self-serve" carwashes is that they are dirty, poor quality, and they just plain suck. NOT this place! Clean! Great water pressure! The Foam Brush has bubbles overflowing! What a great place to wash your car! This one is a cut-above, for sure!

Great car wash. Lots of options and their unlimited plans are priced well. Had to give them a call for some help and they were amazing and took care of everything, very impressed. I but the elite soft touch and my car looks great.
Hands down has become my go to place for a car wash.

After seeing other reviews online and noticing responses from the car wash owner I had higher hopes coming here than if I was going anywhere else. One of the most well-kept car washes I have been to. You can use the automatic washes or the self serve wash bays. It wasn’t busy so I didn’t feel rushed. I have never been to a self serve wash with a blow dryer, so my car wasn’t as dry as I wanted but that is user error. Once I was finished someone I believe was the owner thanked me for using the car wash! Great service, will definitely be trying out the automatic touch free wash in the near future!

For reasons I'll never understand, trying to find a self-serve car wash facility in the state of Minnesota is mission impossible. Trying to find one that is good is even more difficult. That being said this one is probably one of the best I've come across in the state. The bays are clean and well lit, the equipment is always working and the water pressure is excellent. Thank you.

Best car wash in the area! Live in northeast minneapolis and make the journey for this wash!

A great car wash. The new soft touch Bay, the rightmost bay, is absolutely amazing. I can see myself in the paint of my Yukon! The owner has excellent customer service skills and if you have an issue he will be more than willing to work with you.

Good carwash and using the EverWash app/membership makes it a breeze - great investment for the health of your car! I do wish that both automatic options would have the undercarriage wash, and that it would be a bit stronger.

Priced right and full featured for all of your car cleaning needs. Enclosed and heated bays make cleaning your car in the winter very convenient.

Give them a try if you're in the neighborhood.

I recently gave them a1 star... having been back, everything was better! New machines and new dryer. I can actually say that I'll be back to get my vehicles cleaned. Thanks to the owner for putting the money back into the business and actually caring about customers!

Color me impressed! I think i've found my new car wash! I'm a small business owner & i need to wash my vehicles (self serve) multiple times a week for image & professionalism.... my first time @ Town Center wash was a pleasant surprise.. it was Clean, Well illuminated & warm so there's no frozen doors or inoperative equipment. They've even got an air blower if you forgot towels. The hoses were clean & in good shape, no greasy hands after or rubber marks on the paint as you work your way around the vehicle. No overflowing trash cans or mud on floor etc... whomever runs this place is doing self serve the right way. I wish the Bay's were a lil longer for big trucks.. but the rest of my experience guarantees i'll be back often.
