Residence Inn by Marriott Minneapolis St. Paul/Eagan

One of the nicest hotel we stayed at for a very long time!
We spent 3 night at this hotel and all employees we interacted with were amazing. True customer service just like it was before (you cannot find anything like that anymore in Florida for few years now).
Breakfast was good and enough for us to start our day. We rarely experienced any shortage of food in the morning and there were always tables available.
My understanding this hotel only has rooms with king beds, no rooms with 2 beds + a sofa. This is the only downside in my opinion. While kids are still little sofa is enough for them but at they will get older, sofa won't be too comfy. Other than that - amazing! Clean, fresh, nice! Kitchen has everything for cooking and eating. Highly recommend!!!

Very Clean, Great Showers with great soap! Kitchenette en suite, nice fun travel size size condiments, spacious couches. Charging ports by the lights.

I absolutely love this room and the hotel. The amenities are great, and the breakfast is top-notch. I booked the king suite for 8 days, which was just shy of 1K. Unfortunately, I had an emergency come up, and we had to try and check out the day after checking in. At first, I went to the front desk to explain the situation and they informed me that they couldn't give me a refund because we booked through priceline, and we had to get their permission to get a refund for the remaining days. I contacted priceline, and they said that they were willing to process the refund, so they called the hotel to tell them that they could go ahead with the refund. Priceline came back to me saying that someone at the hotel refused to give the refund. I immediately went to the front desk and asked them what the issue was. The hotel manager informed me that the real reason was apparently that I got "too good" of a discount for the booking. So, because of that, there was absolutely nothing they could do. But, when I was ready to book the hotel again, he would give me a better rate. So, instead of losing all that money, we just stayed. I just can't believe that NOBODY could help me. That was the only negative experience I have had with this hotel. I still highly recommend staying here. Abby at the front desk is a very friendly and sweet person! Say hi to her and give her a smile!

I’m always thrilled when I get to stay at a new hotel. This is a newer residence inn and it was lovely. Huge breakfast area with a pretty Christmas tree. My room was very comfortable and I love the extra space by the bathroom for all my stuff.

Nice hotel with very nice staff. The rooms are equipped with kitchen and small TV corner, very practical for a longer stay.

The Residence Inn by Marriott is an excellent hotel for the value. The rooms were modern, well equiped, and nicely furnished. The small kitchen and essentials were great! You can cook in your room and not spend money at a restaurant. The hotel is also within walking distance of Aldie.

The fitness center is quite nice! Has free weights and machines. Water and towels. Everything you need!

I was VERY satisfied with the property. We booked a wheelchair accessible suite for three nights. The furnishing and decor were modern, the entire place (room and common areas) were very clean. The included breakfast had good variety. I will almost certainly book future stays here again!

Great breakfast here. The kitchen guy was so nice to chat with. He was my favorite part of the stay. The endless bacon and great conversation with him started my days off great. The rooms are spacious with full kitchen and ovens. The building has lots of options for entrance. Allowing you to get close to your room. I see a great grilling and patio area. The computer system did glitch and billed my card wrong, but staff fixed everything right away.

Always a great place to stay. Large rooms, clean, and in the center of town without being "downtown"

I don't usually do reviews, but I absolutely felt compelled to do so this time. The room we stayed in was the nicest room I've ever stayed in as far as hotels go. It really felt like a little apartment. The rec room was nice and had a lot of equipment. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and there was a huge variety to choose from. The staff were kind and helpful as well. An all around fantastic Stat!

Cleanest hotel room my family has stayed in a long time. The staff was super engaged in what they were doing and did a great job. Will stay there again. Only downside was the place does not have a hot tub :(

Arriving on a freezing night but got greeted by a warm receptionist and upon arrival the lobby gave a comfy atmosphere. The interior of the room was awesome, tv was on a rotational part and could be viewed either on the sofa or the bar behind.
Bed was good, and although some said blankets should have been provided in such a low temperature, I had -8 degrees Celsius during my stay but was ok with the air conditioning on.
The entire stay experience was great and I’d like to visit such a cozy place again!

Walking distance to food and shopping. Rooms are nice with the living room area, two burner cook top, and fridge. Shower heads are my only gripe as they only have two settings, skin-piercing, and get water all over the bathroom floor.

The hotel has been fantastic, but to the lady here who has had her dog almost bite my kid twice - screw you.

We were placed here after our basement flooded. Insurance called and within a few minutes we were told a room was ready for us. As soon as we arrived we were treated unbelievable, the staff made us feel like home away from home. Greeted us every morning and every night by name. They went above and beyond to be sure our stay was fantastic. We ended up staying for 33 days, each day they checked on us and supported us anyway they could.
The pool was an add bonus, grandkids had an amazing time. We made it the best we could.

Clean rooms, great breakfasts. Nice workout room, laundry facilities, and pool. We were displaced by a house fire and spent 32 nights here. Staff was excellent and very compassionate, especially Matt, the chief engineer. He really went above and beyond to help us out and we appreciate it!

Staff are friendly, and the room was clean and functional. The mattress was very comfortable and it was a nice quiet location. Plenty of shopping and dining close by and easy to get to. We would stay again.

This hotel is fabulous! We were in town for my niece's wedding, which meant a full seven days of non-stop activities. The staff are superb, the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and the location is perfect, close to everything. The breakfast that is served daily is one of the best I've seen at a hotel and far from the standard fare offered. The selection varied slightly each day, which was also great. One morning, they had delicious chocolate croissants along with the eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, etc, etc. It was truly great each day. They also have an indoor swimming pool for year round enjoyment. The staff couldn't have been nicer, more helpful or more professional and we enjoyed seeing them each morning as we had breakfast. The beds in the rooms are incredible. I have a nerve pain issue and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Same for the pillows. They were a great help to me in getting a good nights sleep. Perhaps my favorite part of the room was the shower. They are HUGE and spacious with glass doors, so it is easy to move around without getting the floor all wet. I also loved the swivel TV. You can watch it in bed or from the couch in the sitting area. Our suite had a full kitchen also with a big fridge and dishes, glassware and utensils. If you are looking for a great home away from home, don't hesitate to book here. You won't regret it!
